When naming chickens, I can only think of Camilla.. because she was Gonzo’s one true love! Also at the moment, I am winning at yarn chicken, so good times!

I left my clothespin (pegs) bag out for a week one spring and some finches made a nest in it, complete with eggs! I moved it away from the clothesline and watched as the chicks grew up and flew away. My bag was open in the front with no flap like yours has. Perfect for a finch family!

The Essex Serpent is a great book to read. It became a film. Which was made in my beautiful moody area of Malden Essex,I loved it but probably more so as I watched them filming. It was then screened on Apple TV never seen it as I have not got that Station.
I think the chicken looks like a Miss Sandy . Also , to keep cats out of your garden maybe try sprinkeling black pepper where they are pooing.

I have the shoe rack and we ended up having to glue the rods in coz every time someone took shoes off or put shoes on it it fell apart (so annoying). All good now though since hubby glued it x

English Breakfast Tea is my absolute favorite! I would name the chicken Henrietta. 🐔 Went to the bookstore today and purchased two books--"With My Little Eye" by Joshilyn Jackson and "The Lost Bookshop" by Evie Woods. They both fall under the suspense/mystery category.
