Thanks! I am such a workout junkies but my shoulder every once and a while gets annoyed at the neck. So this was perfect for this am. I agree with you 100% our bodies are so interconnected and I could do this for hours😉. Your elbow story was so similar to my son’s years ago he couldn’t move his arm (he’s a catcher in baseball). I took him to the chiropractor and he said tennis elbow. I also took him to my PT and she adjusted his wrist and shoulder/neck and no more elbow pain! Thanks for everything and even thought I don’t know you personally I can tell you’re an amazing woman! 🤗

Also, huge for me was your story about tendonitis being related to your neck. I think that is exactly why my medial epicondylitis is not healing. Pissed at my PT not thinking outside the box. Just what my 47yo body needed today after my lower back and hips were left a bit delicate after doing a yoga video yesterday led by someone significantly younger than me 😆 Thank you PJ!

I really needed this! I agree with what you said about pain in one area is not really always about that area. I had stabbing pain in the side of my knee. It wasn't my knee, but my IT band causing the pain. Went to a physical therapist and got some great exercises to strengthen my IT band and the pain disappeared!
Perfect! They are the right people to see when you are experiencing physical pain/discomfort!! (and you get to learn stuff about your particular injury - soo interesting!)

Your muscles are strained when they are cramping...when you notice this happening, stop and spend a bit longer warming up and stretching the muscle out.
Are the twisting movements of this routine OK for osteoporosis? I aways hear we should never do any twisting if you have osteoporosis, but am unsure if there are safe ones to do. I love your workouts and am a subscriber. ( I am also OK with a 5 hour stretching routine--LOL). Thank you!
