My yesterday, Day 19 lower body day, I went up and down the stairs at our church (21 total) 3 times; I'm pretty proud at the speed at which I was able to hit them! Then the evening, my daughter and I went to the performance of Swan Lake. From the balcony where we sat to the basement bathrooms were killer. The last time up was slow going for me! I appreciate these stretch sessions!
