The update on the common areas looks really nice, wish they had included just one pool, even a smaller one since this community is small. But thankfully, the lots are big enough that a pool could be added.
It’s amazing they are including the LVP floors and not tile in these homes though. And, they used a more timeless color instead of the gray that’s trending out. Also, it’s rarely seen, but very nice that the stairs are tucked away in the middle of the plan.
