I think things are lining up to look a lot like last fall and winter. We should see some discounts. The wildcard is interest rates. Will rates go down in September? If so, by how much. Rate change may affect how much builders decide to discount their standing inventory.
Just a quick advice, it would great to through your videos without such high frequency background music ! Don’t get me wrong like the music style but it’s either the music or trying to hear you ! I couldn’t keep it up !

It's a short commute to St Pete and Sarasota. Tampa is only 40 minutes away. Lots and lots of commuters in the area.
