I love the thorn too but making micro adjustments for me with it is difficult. I track excellent with it though for apex especially. I tend to not have full control and overshoot a lot. I am more accurate with the Atlantis mini but I feel it's a bit too small and causes my fingers to cramp.
i got mine yesterday and been using it all night and I LOVE the coating for my super dry hands. It's the only mouse I don't need grips for and I adore the mouse already!
I think I like the DAV3 better. The V3 is lighter, which is good, but the inward slope of the right side makes gripping less comfortable. The mouse is so light it doesn't need that indent to avoid slippage. Second issue is how low it is to the mouse pad. I have to bunch my fingers up to avoid dragging my pinky. The DAV3 is more confortable and only slightly heavier. I guess if you have really small hands, the V3 pro offers an advantage.
@@OGSuperDirty I normally don't think I do either, but the DAV 3 is pretty special. The more time I spend with the V3 pro, the more I like it , so we will see. I wish it were slightly higher.
The worst thing about synapse is that it bugs out all the time and messes up all settings. I want my peripherals to just work how they should once I configured them. If I just had a razer mouse I wouldn't even use synapse but I need it for my keyboad, for whatever reason synapse needs to run for 8khz and macros to work despite it having storage for profiles. And whenever synapse bugs out it sets liftoff distance, polling rate and DPI to the default on the mouse aswell. It's really annoying.
What measurements of your hand size I got razer v2 pro but it giving me a hard time to move left and right due to its shape width and the hump is too low for me.
What would be your runner up mouse? I just replace my Glorious 0 with a G502 and I'm not happy with it. It's too bulky and not great for me as I'm a mouse lifter. I swipe and lift my mouse all the time. The Glorious was light and perfect. The Viper V3 would be good for me but I don't need the wireless function. Money not needed to spend if you know what I mean :)
Does it have a similar shape to the Finalmouse? I use a Darmoshark M3 which is a clone of the old Air58 by Finalmouse. The shape and size is perfect for me but this Darmoshark has terrible QC, hoping this Viper V3 is a good fit.
I have wrist issues and I have the lamzu thorn, Atlantis mini v2. Do you think it's worth trying this? The lamzu feels good but I don't feel "comfortable" with any.
nice video, thanks for info. i have only one big problem with this mouse, as i use 8000 when i switch dpi using thumb button, i get sometimes delay, that's why i am forced to play on 4000 and it solve this problem. any one else have this issue ?
i have the black version for 2 weeks now and i love the mouse but i have an issue with the scrollwheel so i have to return it and i have to get a new one. Should i pick the white version over the black? how about yellowing?
Does m2 + m1 for quick scopes work well? Cuz in my g703 it does not and i need to change for a new one. Thinking abour final mouse or viper v3 pro. Cab you plz help me?
I have to disagree here. The Superlight has always been 160$ unless you find it on sale and everyone forked out the cash for that. I paid 160 for my superlight and I don't even like it. lol
These mice get cheaper over time. I got my superlight 2 recently for $125, including tax on eBay completely new and still packaged and its only been out 8 months. Brand new it would be $174 including tax. I'm just checking the review for curiosity.
One of the best reviews Ive ever seen tbh, good shit. Will be purchasing soon
I just got mine today. It’s a really really good mouse.
I currently have a lamzu Atlantis mini. Think this is an upgrade? I hate the battery of the lamzu right now
@@mickeylickey it’ll be bigger. They are pretty close in shape. It’s hard to say. I have a thorn and I love that thing

Love your review style. Definitely will be picking up the V3 Pro thanks to your review. I love the mw3 gameplay as a fan of cod myself. Great work.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it.

Solid review, I like you included click/motion latency.
Awesome review as usual. Thanks for it. The weight kinda turns me off to buy this one. Still, solid review.
I already bought it and i love it but i am still watching reviews. Very good detailed review.
high there what is your hand size. Great video. sub earned
Hi it's 23x13 cm.

Interesting observations. I personally don't like ergo mice but if the dav3 works better for you then that's great.

The white color looks lovely, but I guess I'll stick with the black color if I ever get one :D
But the click sounds though 😂😂

wtf is the difference of 1k polling rate cuz I be using that since forever 💀
Not much, i personally cant notice any difference on a 240hz monitor
great video. crucible review when...
Probably never to be honest. I'm more of a hardware guy. Aim adapt has good pad reviews you can check out though.
Damn your hand is huge

If you don't care about wireless, then op1 8k.

No the v3 shape is different. The closest shape to Finalmouse's is the viper v2 or wlmouse beast x max.
Shelfed my beast x for this mouse like you said the weight diff don’t matter much. The mouse is just better feels way better hands to big for beast x.
I have wrist issues and I have the lamzu thorn, Atlantis mini v2. Do you think it's worth trying this? The lamzu feels good but I don't feel "comfortable" with any.
V3 is a large mouse and isn't ergo so it's a tough call, especially for wrist issues. I think the lighter the mouse, the better for your wrist.

The white one supposedly has a special uv coating to prevent yellowing. Personally, I like it better than the black one.
OVERPRICED ASF

Either of those work great and have excellent click latency and therefore responsiveness.
Hi, how do the clicks compare to sora v2m are they lighter or heavier to press and which is more spammable?
They have a very similar amount of force needed to actuate the switch and are more or less equal.
@@OGSuperDirty thanks. I guess ULX is still the lightest ?
@@VexOoo-x7y Of those three it is.
the motion test was at 8k?
It was done at 1600 cpi and 26000 at 1k for all mice.
Did your usb c cable also have a tight fit at first?
A bit, it kind of snaps into the receiver.
@@OGSuperDirty ahh yep that might be it
160 Dollar for a mouse idk, make it cheaper and more people will buy it
Its definitely not cheap but comparitively, Finalmouse's ulx costs more and imo offers less.
