I have yet to find a way to cook chicken breasts in a crock pot where they don't end up dry and crumbly. I've used broth, water, cream soups and other liquids but the results are always the same. I love my slow cookers, but not for chicken breasts.
Looks great and super easy. You could use leftover chicken in pot pie or soup. Thrifty, healthy, and delicious. Love your subtle humor. You make cooking look fun.😅

For the spices, I really like adding Lawry's Seasoned Salt and Lemon Pepper. For those who are on a limited salt diet, you may want to eliminate the original teaspoon of salt, or maybe cut it back to 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

I cook my chicken breasts with carrots. Salt & pepper them, with a drizzle of olive oil. No stock needed. Cook on low 4 -6 hours if the chicken breasts are large.
Use a meat thermometer as she said; especially because you are trying to cut way back on cooking time. Chicken "not pink" does not mean fully cooked -- not worth getting sick.
Good lord at the annoying ad's that keep popping up covering you making the recipe! I've haven't seen that happens in other videos! They generally just do commercials!

Vegetable oil is just as healthy as olive oil. Both are polyunsaturated oils. You are falling for the myth. Olive oil just tastes better, that is all.

I tried this tonight and the chicken was tender and moist but very bland.
breasts are generally really bland. Thighs are so much tastier.
