This is a prime example for how bodyfat percentage is mainly a matter of genetics. I eat about the same daily amount of calories as she does for her main meals, without snacking tho. I'm a 6'2" man, so in theory I should be in a higher caloric deficit than she is. However I have more body fat than she does. It just goes to show that you should eat whatever makes you happy, there's very little you can do about the way you look, unless you go under 1000kcal a day, in which case you'd be severely diminishing your health.
You don't know what she actually consumes on daily basis, this was for youtube. Besides the activity levels make a HUGE difference, even something as simple as walking to places, she probably burns more calories. If you are actually watching what you eat, make sure to calculate every single thing you add, because you'd be surprised how small things like extra sauce here and there add up to hundreds of calories. When I tried to ’diet’ and cut way back on things like oils, butter, mayo, sweets..even bread and pasta as those were incredibly dense in calories, I still managed to overeat on healthy low calorie foods such as fruit and veggies as I'd eat them just to feel full. Now I'm back to eating everything, just lesser portions, I feel more satisfied and less hungry so it help with not overconsuming calories.
@@Robertiena Yeah that's very true, when I used to count calories I would even major ketchup and calculate how many grams of cooked rice was equivalent to the amount of calories per 100g of dry rice etc.. And I did lose a lot of weight in that time, however I wasn't able to maintain it and am now back to my regular weight. I'm glad that you found something that works for you :)
@aloah030 yeah I've been in your situation too...lose weight then gain it back when I went back to my old eating habits...need to find something you can stick to long them
