Brunch 2 eggs and spinach and bacon and coffee and blueberries
Lunch (after gym) : salad with goat cheese, apple, chicken, nuts,…
Dinner tofu and veggies a bit of rice
Wednesday
Bf chia seed pudding, berries and coffeee
Lunch tuna wrap with veggies
Dinner pasta
Thursday
Bf protein bar and coffee
Lunch salmon avocado toast with egg (1 slice if bread)
Dinner pre made bowl with veggies
Dessert granola berries and yoghurt and tea
Friday
Bf oats with banana, blueberries,…
Lunch quinoa, chicken, veggies
