I make buns in my Ninja with 500g of bread flour, a heaped tablespoon of milk powder, 50g of margarine, a bit of salt a level tablespoon of bread improver, 400ml of water with a tablespoon of sugar and 7g of yeast. I turn the buns over for the last 5 minutes with the temperature set at 170 degrees cooking them for 19 minutes.
Hi Kerry, I tried this bread after you baked it recently. I chickened out (at the last minute) when it came to putting dough in the fridge overnight and proofed it as normal, it still came out gorgeous, now my favourite tasting bread. I’ll pluck up the courage to refrigerate the dough one day 😄 Take care, Gill ❤️ I’m going to try rolls with this dough soon too 👍🏻
Me and wife Petra made the nicest sweet/sour dough bread in airfryer. It came out very nice but it is a little process which start the day before with potato to make the active ingredient!
I do my bread in the oven, 160 degree celsius for 30 minutes , fan asisted, I sray it with water makes it nice and crispy, the out of the tin another 5 minutes. If you tap the bottom of the bread you can hear if it´s finish :) I put alsorts of seeds in mine, sunflower, sesame, pumpkin, anything you like
So tasty looking Kerry,I haven't really used the bake function that much in my air fryer,my granddaughter loves filo pastry and nutella so I've made samosas, spring rolls and filo parcels with the nutella filling for her using bake but always felt a bit apprehensive when it comes to bread and scones but you are making me want to have a go as it looks so easy with nothing to worry about, another great video
Hi Kerry. Great job! I use two thirds strong white flour...and one third granary bread that has seeds n malted grains...no knead..cooked in my Corsori...yum!!
Hi Kerry, it looks absolutely delicious, i could just eat a slice with some butter on. 100 per cent better than a bought one. I bought a small sieve, it's slightly bigger than a tea strainer. I was watching one of John Kirkwoods videos and he was using to sprinkle pastry onto the worktop, i thought it was a good idea
Evening Kerry, i need to try this method of bread making. I did make a white cob style loaf in the speedi last weekend even tried the trick of putting the speedi on to slow cook for a couple of mins and then putting thw dough in there to prove. The whole bread took around 30/ 40 minutes from start to finish, i didn't wait for it to cool as the smell was just ama,ing and i even woke H with the smell going to his room 🤣🤣. Those really do look amazing Kerry, they are rustic looking which is what i love about homebaked bread. Job well done Kerry, Have a lovely weekend xxxxx Jac 💚♥️
I’ve bought a Ninja Combi oven. It’s fantastic, I hope they offer you one to trial, I think you’d love it. I’ve got a white loaf proving in it as I’m writing and then it cooks in 20 minutes. Fingers crossed it turns out ok. But everything else I’ve cooked in it so far has been amazing. I thought I’d catch your latest vlog while waiting for the proof and there you are making bread too! X
You can make batter or dough in any pot or even on a plate. I have a small Chinese air fryer for only 1,2 liters. I make bread, donuts, bread rolls, muffins.
Line baking tray with parchment paper . Set oven at 180 Fan and bake for about ten minutes. This is enough for one person.Serve with a green of your choice
Kerry Hollywood strikes again 😂 Another delicious bread 🍞 installment. It's so good you experiment in both air fryers. Yet again big wedge of mature cheddar and your happy.
That's fab Anita😃👍💕I'm connecting dots here so may get it wrong, you ordered via my etsy shop a while back? If I'm right, replacement order is on it's way!!! (Via my new Teemill shop)😃👍💕
What is that music that you put onto your vlogs Kerry? It’s so relaxing and I could listen to it all day. Nice looking bread, still waiting for my rhubarb and lentil curry though. 🤣
hi Kerry, thanks for doing the Ninja version. i will give this a try next year when i finally get my new kitchen with more worktop space. as it is my ninja is in the sitting room :D mind it's handy for my breakfast rolls . maybe you could try the bread with 'spelt' flour, even though it is still weat it has all the good stuff still in it and is somewhat darker than plain white but not as overpowering as brown bread in taste
I'm not sure, would say yes tentatively. Maybe I should try making keto bread - have found a recipe, it just needs stuff that keto dieters need like xanthan gum etc.
Hi Kerry, that looks so tasty😋 I bet your kitchen smells wonderful👃💖 Where do you get you flax/linseed seeds from please? I've got sesame but can't find them anywhere and can't wait to try it😋😁 Have a great weekend, byee 👋Jen 💕😘xx
WoW! That looks amazing. Nothing better than home made bread. I have made your dinner rolls, must check out your Cosori vlog for recipe etc. Which Cosori model do you have please? Thank you 😃x
Hello Kerry I’m Barbara from Johannesburg. Thought you might like this recipe Four mini chicken fillets Four tablespoons crushed corn flakes(do it in the coffee grinder) Four tablespoons mayonnaise One tablespoon honey Season corn flakes with salt pepper and paprika Stir honey into mayonnaise, cover chicken with mixture and then roll in cornflakes C
Hi Kerry, I really enjoy these bread videos. I have the Ninja AF500UK Megazone and I've used the Prove settings to allow the bread to rise, it does an amazing job. I'd like to have a try at using the Dehydrate function to make bread as there's been lots of recipes on Facebook and people have been having great results. Could you possibly try some more methods of baking bread? Have a great weekend! Xx
I use the dehydrate function set at 40 degrees to prove my bread the least time set on my ninja is 1 hour for dehydrate but I stop it after 45 to 50 minutes.
What size was the loaf tin please? I sent the dimensions of a 2lb loaf tin to Ninja to ask which model I need to buy for it to fit. They sent me back a recipe for a poppy seed loaf!
They were 1lb tala tins, they have an even lip all the way round - some 1lb tins are sold with the lip jutting out at the ends - they don't fit I learnt after buying! Anyway, this link is to exact same ones i used in the vlog: Tala Loaf Tins (fit Ninja AF400 & AF451) www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B015R41M78/ref=nosim?tag=budgetcooking-21 (I'm not sure if they will fit the AF300)
@@budgetcookinguk Thanks. I am still looking for an air fryer that will hold a 2lb loaf tin. Maybe the Ninja AF500 UK but I can't get a straight answer from Ninja.
@@stevejeffrey7948 hi steve, have been searching and found this, it's a tala 2lb tin - look at reviews, one of the recent ones say it fits in their ninja 400 AF👍I've had my tala 1lb for well over a year, excellent quality Tala Performance, 2lb Loaf Pan amzn.eu/d/44NemDM (Ninja AF400 & AF451 have same size drawers)

I've not found it sinks if taking a quick peek (not like a cake, a bit more robust) with the paper I made sure it didn't go higher than the height of the basket, as long as it's not touching the element, it'll be fine👍👍
Hi Kerry, can yoiu let me have the details of the bread tin you've used please, as I just brought one & it said it fits this Ninja but it doesn't!. Loving your videos thank you. Zara x
Oh no that's annoying Zara, I'd argue for a refund! Every time I make bread recently, I've been impressed with the AFs results
of corse. 'air fryers' are simply electric ovens. nothing fries there. things are baked
