- I got a new scx24 Deadbolt to use for parts and projects but before I gut it I wanted to do an unboxing since I never got to do one for my old Deadbolt, this truck is super fun and I hope you enjoy the video :)

Ha! I had parts for the scx24 before I even received one. Now I have 4 scx24 and bought my brother and sister one. My sister is the youngest and she’s going to be 36. 🤣.

No matter how many times they roll and fall on these hard parts it’s very impressive out of the box.
That red is so tight! All rc crawlers need interiors. The drivers looks so sick inside.
Just picked up a gray C10 and blue bronco for $109 each .. my kids wanted to join in on my fun lol .. my next is going to be 1/10 trx4 .. I’m just loving this new hobby .. all stocked probably will keep them stock unless something breaks then I’ll upgrade from there

I have both of them and actually have 2 deadbolts but I turned one into baby digger for my dad I actually prefer the look of the C10 but I ended up putting the sea time body on my dead bull just because I like how short the Francis pension links are is seems like a dead bull has a longer rear suspension than most of the rest in a shorter front That seems to help with the vertical climbing Face far as tires go my favourites after market wise are the super swamper thorn birds in the raw creepers from RC4 drive love them both the rock creeper seem to be a little bit more sticky but with the side logs that the thornbirds have they seem to grab more. Again like you sad it's personal preference. Great video again👍

Those extra longer arms and driveshaft are too make front wheel base longer? Someobe else said and did that.

Somehow my chevy c10 wheel nuts or axles have literally stripped out and i have no idea how 😂 it came like that out of the box, and i know its stripped cause no matter how long I tighten the wheel nut down it doesn't tighten down 😂 and yeah the transmission just died (its practically completely jammed up) and ive been trying to find a replacement for over 2 months for the transmission

My deadbolt remote control just went bad?!? Less than a week old. The steering wheel stays whatever direction you turn it. Doesnt self center. No resistance or spring to it. I thought i could overlook it but now it doesnt make the servo move anymore. Drives fine but no steering. Anyone had this problem?
I’m sorry to hear that, My steering servo burned out about a week after I glued the servo saver, those symptoms sound like a burned out steering servo so maybe pick up a replacement emac one on Amazon, they are pretty cheap and really good quality I haven’t burned one out yet
@@UpperLeftRC wondered that but the actual controller the steering wheel you turn to steer has no spring to it or resistance and dont go back to center when you release. Lol. Ordered another deadbolt. I guess ill trial and error with parts from other one. Ive had this one 6 days. Have piles of creek rock in my yard and piles of geods so you could say the body is well used. Lolol
