You are such a WONDERFUL instructor! You make things so sensible and uncomplicated. Additionally, your voice is so soothing and pleasant. I can’t thank you enough for providing these lovely videos. 💕💕💕
I totally agree! I’m just finishing up a project for a baby shower gift, so I have to finish first, but I’m wishing I could just dive into this lovely hat!!! 🥰🥰🥰
I really love this pattern. I've been really successful with the hats I've made and Patons is one of my favourite brands. Thank you so much for sharing this pattern with us :)
Again as Christina asked, what are the multiples for the primrose stitch used in a hat. I always make a 19-inch brim to fit my head and make 60 to 75 single crochet stitches between the brim and body and when I know the multiple I adjust the number to fit the body pattern/stitch. So I just need to know the multiples of the stitch for a hat, versus a flat piece.
Thanks Sarah, I like this pattern. I have made 2 hats already using 3 light weight yarn, following you stitches counts and it come out little tight. What is the multi for this pattern?
Wonderful to crochet with you, thanks! I've just started and doing the brim in single crochet - the edge doesn´t look neat, but being quite a beginner, I suppose that's ok?
I'm struggling getting the gauge correct- with 21 st across, I still only get 8 primrose st vertically (gauge called for 10 primrose st). Any tips or thoughts? I've tried tightening my stitches up and actually moved down to a 3mm hook with same results.
Wait, you don't show us how to join the two sides...you move into crocheting around the band. How do I join the sides together?!!! Left out in the cold here. :(
Can you tell me what the first round count should be if i am making it for a child? And also young adult? It's an absolutely beautiful pattern ❤❤❤ i want to make these for my nieces for Christmas
I want to make this with scarfie yarn, which is a size 5 yarn. Do I need to change the count? Or should it be ok? I have made the Elizabeth beanie 6 times for Christmas lol tired of bran stitches lol
Ask i am studying row 16 i notice that your sc,ch2,sc in the same stitch look to be in TWO stitches. I’m coming up with a gapping hole when I skip the cluster because it is 5 I need to jump over, not just three. Please clarify.
Since I didnt get an answer I put my hat in TimeOut for a week. Now I guess I will just try my best to watch row 16 over and over again. I see that at the cluster i need to jump over 3 stitches.
I know your experienced in this more than I but u go a little to fast for me so I am going to re watch it in a slower playback mode .u started speeding up when u got to decreasing time that's where I need it the most 😩I'm a beginner when it comes to clothing of any sorts I usually just do afghans
If you wish to change the size of your beanie, you will need a multiple of 3 stitches around the brim.
You’re such a wonderful teacher! I can always follow your beautiful tutorials! Thank you.

I cant wait to start. I'm watching the video at work and I'm already itching to begin🤩🤩

Lovely pattern Sarah, I was wondering if you could tell us how you joined the band together before you started on the main part of the hat. Cheers

Yes that is ok :)

Hi there, do you slipstitch the band together? If so do you use the front or back stitch to do it. Thank you .
I have noticed u used several diff hooks which I think is great because some only use one size one kind ..

Love this!! Can you tell me where to buy your crochet hook? I have been looking for a wooden one, but haven't been able to find one.
I found them in Hobby Lobby.
Nice

what are the multiples? 19 inches is a little snug for adult woman size.
The 19 inches will be quite stretchy so you may find it alright
@@RichTexturesCrochet perhaps it's the yarn I used that feels snug. If I'm aiming for 22 inches for head what should the multiples be?
What's the multi of first round of hdc ?
You did say u tell how to join the band, but it was already done, lol
I want size for 22 years old how i can i do?
Alguien que me diga por fabor cual es el multiplo me gustaria hacerlo.
😍
I read thru all the comments requesting what the multiples would be but you have not answered , it would be very helpful to km
The yarn I was planning on using calls for 5.5 mm. Should I use 5.5mm or 5 mm (what the video calls for) ?
I would try it with the 5mm first
Why can’t you answer the request for multiples?
She didn’t show how the two ends of the band were joined. I watched it twice. I thought I missed something.
Is there a separate video for joining the brim?
It’s just a simple Slip Stitch. You can look that up on another site.
You skipped the actual joining of the band.
Hat looks huge, realized that with the current one I’m working on a little too late -____-

Thank you so much for letting me know! On future tutorials I’ll be sure to slow this part down :)
