Actually, it's not complicated. Peoples situations are what complicates getting started into a elimination diet/WOE (way of eating). You can't just start eating all the meat you want without knowing, say, how well your kidneys and bile production are functioning at the time you're starting. And you must absolutely avoid regular grocery items with 'keto' on the labeling, it's just marketing.

Since when does quick oats or old fashioned oatmeal have sugar? Or barley? Or quinoa? Cornmeal?
Buy the grain in its most basic natural state.
(I have in the past used a mill to make oatmeal out of wheatberries.) Guess what no sugar added.
Relying on prepared packaged food is where we go wrong!
Purchase grains, legumes and vegetables in most natural state organic even...
If you want meat products, same principle applies to avoid antibiotics, pesticides, and most of the things that will make you sick.
I have seen 4 & 5 year olds boys & girls that ate a LOT of homegrown chicken that had breasts due to hormones fed to the chickens being raised.
Oh, and cook your meat, well done to rid the flesh of contaminated blood that raises the risk of disease.

    • @rockaboatus588
      @rockaboatus588 Рік тому +1

True. Going Carnivore is very much like taking the 'red pill' - albeit in a nutritional sense. A whole new world opens up, and you see how badly we have been deceived for decades.
People who go full Carnivore or strict Ketogenic tend to be those who are more open minded than the masses who consume whatever the nutritional establishment tells them. Once you go Carnivore you have more or less already broken from the 'normy' food matrix that we've been spoon-fed all our lives.

Enlightenment comes from within. That's the grift. Fool people in to thinking salvation is exoteric. Then control what they seek for salvation. You control them. There are physiological reasons why this enlightenment comes.

People have no interest in challenging beliefs in an area they don’t understand and have no interest in. Or in an area where they are invested in the beliefs being challenged. • @Luke_MoonWalker
      @Luke_MoonWalker Рік тому +8

@@freemocean489 Indeed. Try explaining to people that the Bible is mostly a book about physiology.. it's just written in a weird way because we didn't have science and language to explain that elevating your cerebral spinal fluid back up in to your optic thalimus from your sacral region is what causes enlightenment. So instead there is a story about "Christ" aka Christos being raised from the dead and ascending to the heavens. 33 vertibrae in the spine. 33 years in Christ's life. To "crucify" means to magnify in strength. Religion is about physiology and mastering our machine (body) in this world.

Males that do not have enough meat in the diet just can not develop muscle, modern men seem far more feminized in general. Barely anyone is vegan and even fewer truly believe meat is bad for humans. Most vegans know meat is healthy. They do it for ethical reasons. The antivegan movement will not allow the elite to make this shift. I watch people grocery shop. Majority eat a meat based diet in my area. Even at Walmart. Even when the price of meat is so inflated artificially. Insane to think they would win, to be frank with you.
Eating meat and plants both are instinctive behaviors that will result in violence if denied. This is human nature. Violent until all needs are met. But the elite think we will tolerate their nonsense when our needs are denied? Its a lot of unsuccessful loophole work they've been doing to brainwash people. I'm opening eyes everywhere I go. I consider myself to be liberal, and a staunch environmentalist. I am on carnivore not only for health, but for the environment.
All the herds grazing in pastures- and much of our meat is actually pasture raised- are part of a disappearing, precious ecosystem, Grasslands. Compare this to how a majority of plant food crops are actually raised, all the plasticulture, the huge $700,000 diesel tractors, the immense amount of infrastructure needed to raise blemish free vegetables and fruit, and then ship them. Plus all the frankenfood that gets made in huge habitat destroying factories so carb eaters can appease their endless hunger. I'm a professional horticulturist, I know the petrochemical fueled tricks of the trade used to raise our plant food for mass consumption. I find it hard to believe that the evil statistics around meat production aren't as false as the advice for diabetics to eat lots of carbs. I feel that this is something I can do, keep my body healthy so I don't have to support the enormous supply chain that fuels the pharma and supplement industry. From the pit mines that provide the minerals to the enormous factories that provide the plastic bottles, packaging, and the millions of ingredients themselves, I feel its a win for the planet if I can avoid supporting the covering of the earth with these places that are biological deserts. Think whole circle, and being truly healthy long term is what's best for the planet. Just another point of view... Thank you for the video!

In the EU regulation has gone into effect that allows for ‘acheta domesticus’, aka house crickets, to be added to flour, bread, pasta etc. as an ‘authorised novel food for the general population’. I know that a similar thing has happened in North America where they have been sneaking 'cricket flour' onto processed foods under various names.
I hope that the Food Standards Agency in the UK have blocked this, or have insured that it is highlighted in BOLD text on the outside of the packaging.
I find this a concerning idea because the human gut is not optimised to process Chitin, which makes up the hard exoskeleton of these house crickets and will most likely trigger extreme reactions from those who have shellfish allergy's and general digestive problems.

I'm not carnivore yet mostly because of the difficulties with not being on the same page dietarily as other household members and friends (if it were up to me, I'd have steaks or burgers almost every day). I've voted Democratic all my life (I'm retired now) until the Obama administration and HRC's candidacy forced me to pull the wool away from my eyes, and now I realize that both parties exist solely to serve the multinational corporations and their filthy rich owners/investors. But I came to trying to work up to a carnivore lifestyle independent of my political leanings. I've always tried to follow the nutritional science, but didn't realize until the Obama administration how all the alphabet agencies are staffed with industry insiders, so that all the dietary information we were receiving was actually disinformation designed to line the pockets of multinational corporations and their shareholders, whether Big Ag or Big Pharma (often one and the same). It took finding people like Gary Taubes, Dr Catherine Shanahan, Dr Ken Berry, Dr Jason Fung, Lierre Keith, Dr Bill Schindler, and many others to put me on the right path to reliable science and nutrition. But even though politics didn't drive me to nutrition, now that I'm here, I can see clearly how politics has screwed up our food supply as well as our food education, all in the name of the almighty dollar.

I found out about 30 years ago that gluten was making me ill. At the time there were no 'gluten free' products in the grocery stores except for some rice flour breads. People thought I was kind of crazy because it wasn't a thing. My doctor said hey if gluten makes you feel bad don't eat it. I learned to eat differently, cook more, and regained my health, the healthiest I had ever been. Years later, gluten free became a craze and the grocery store was full of gluten free garbage. Do you know how they make gluten free bread products? A nasty mixture of ultra processed 'flours' and additives. Most gluten free products also have a lot of added sugars to make them taste better. Along the way I bought into the plant based craze 'to be healthy'. Same thing. The grocery store is full of process plant based garbage. I stopped eating totally plant based early in 2022 when I finally acknowledged that carbohydrates = sugar. I am not carnivore, but I eat meat and fish and eggs again, and no processed foods. So I understand what you are saying. It is all about making money, not about health. No one cares about your health, you have to research and take care of it yourself. Doctors hand out drugs, the food industry produces garbage foods for profit, and people who don't know any better get ill. On and on.

Carnivore has raised my ferritin which was dangerously low before adopting even a keto diet, I rarely eat fiber now because of bowel issues that are significantly improved since going simply on relaxed carnivore, and the best thing, when my energy is at its highest point, it's like it was when I was 10 or 11 years old. I have also raised my brain function to a point where nothing triggers me, and I'm much more tolerant of things that used to anger me in a very irrational sort of manner.

I‘m a clean Keto person, just whole foods prepared & cooked at home. I reject all processed foods and luckily we don‘t have any snack keto fastfoods here in Europe (yet). I know these types of snacks do trigger more „overeating“ and that‘s what got me into trouble in my younger days. I literally just ask myself „am I even hungry right now?“ before I eat anything. Somedays I spontaneously decide to do a 24-48 hr fast, unbelievable how much energy & mental clarity I get when in a fasted state. Everyone‘s body & metabolism is different, so it‘s just a trial and error journey. Actually, I‘m moving closer to Ketovore, but I still love my veggies just with a very healthy portion of animal proteins. It is so liberating to have found a way of eating, with absolutely no inflammation, great energy & sleep, no brain fog or headaches and no need for meds of any kind!! Even my dental health has improved greatly.

I believe that ‘unprocessed’ is the way to go in order to improve health. However, whole food is whole food which means there is no markup profits to be made. Does not fit the supermarket interests.

I had been diagnosed with M.S. and later Lyme disease, almost died.
Found a couple of M.D.'s promoting going toward a Carnivore diet. I do eat lettuce three times a week, but everything else is carnivore. Almost all symptoms are gone.
We live in Alabama and found a man who grass feeds his cows and we buy a large portion every year. I eat beef, and though I am Hebrew, I eat sugar free. preservative free bacon and eggs from our own chickens. Thankfully the town we live in allows us to have those chickens.
Just found you on youtube and am posting your videos.

One good solar flare. Need to be able to control whoever is left standing and what better way than to have people dependent on what you may be able to distribute if your land, or bunker, is workable afterwards. The rest of the useless eaters just go away. Maybe a silly, extreme scenario, but not beyond possibility. We should all learn to be as self reliant as possible.

I'm a 71 yr old Brit living in Scotland, been keto then carnivore now ketovore as I find I need some low carb veg to feel my best. Over the last year I have noticed more and more the mood swing against eating meat and I figured that the only reason for this is that someone is losing money. It's heartbreaking to see the advertising oh so subtly going for the youngsters and plucking their heartstrings, telling them it's important to be kind, and being kind means don't kill animals for food. Between this, the environment junkies and the woke brigade, I have to say that I'm glad I'm closer to going than arriving in this life. I'm truly sick of the greed that seems to trump everything else in life. I'll keep eating meat as long as I can, if I can't afford it, I'll just eat less - won't do any harm at my time of life.
I applaud your sense and hope you get to mid-century and past it a healthy, happy carnivore.Thank you for this video, it's important.

Good vid. I cashier in a big grocery store and am always watching what people eat. I am a rational balanced eater and don'T eat the packaged foods, but i see the groceries being bought : all packaed everything. Even fruit is cut and packaged as a snack. The meat is prepackaged or i should say plant based. Must be filled with chemical preservatives

Carnivore is a term for something that has existed for centuries.
What is new is old. Often 'progress' is a cheap imitation or lie to replace something that already exists.

I've always been protein forward based. But Keto /Ketovore upped my metal clarity. I have noticed myself being a much more attractive person inside and out. Those in the world today who are consuming processed foods are negative, unhappy, aggressive, hopeless and just seem to walk around devoid of being human. They are far from Source Energy.

There is alot of interresting things about a ketogenic diet that pharma doesn't like.
Curing 90% of all diseases is really bad for buisness.
Even Covid-19 was highly connected to those with "carb issues"
