- I take forever to install a slatted wood ceiling in my campervan conversion. It looks really good though... sooo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Materials used:
- 1/4" baltic birch plywood cut into ~5" slats
- Rubio monocoat oil + 2C (pure color) & accelerator part B to speed up process (for visible side of ceiling boards)
- Minwax polyurethane (for back side of ceiling boards)
- Black canvas: amzn.to/4bsA73N
- 3/4" stainless steel #6 wood screws
- 1/2" plywood furring strips accross ceiling ribs of van
- Aluminum angle + rivnuts & bolts for front-most anchor board
