That real time shot of it coming down out of the clouds is 😲😲😲
YES!
And catching the transition from the Adama Manoeuvre to vertical is amazing.
Godlike
Very cool, hope I could see it in person someday
Hi
That shot of SN15 emerging from the clouds gave me chills
It looks like something out of a movie... It's just such a great shot, especially since this it the only place where you can see it. It wasn't in the SpaceX webcast. If aliens will visit us, that's how they'll land... 😋
true. fantastic. futuristic
Two iconic voices in our lifetime: David Attenborough and John Insprucker; one declares the beauty of our Planet Earth, the other announces the first steps of a space faring civilization.
I'd also add Walter Cronkite to that list!
Yea, I hope humanity stops fighting each other so we can focus on raising the birthrate to replace future scientists. I think if we really work together we can reach type 1 civilization status pretty soon.
@@lvwpy also Jules Bergman, and of course Emmett Seaborne :P
I swear, I think you guys are the only ones that got a shot of the entire flip coming out of the clouds. Absolutely stunning! Great job!
I'd given uo hope that anyone caught that on video, that it was still in the clouds. But no! It became visible just in time for you and your excellent camera coverage to catch the flip!
Only footage of it that is public as of now, so far as I know..
@@dansmith3vdhrjYes, there are the the Flickr photos that got posted yesterday but nothing else... Can't wait for the recap video from SpaceX
Yeah that shot is definitely the money shot
@@1970Metallica They had an extra angle of the launch and landing on their recent Starlink stream
Incredible. Thank you on behalf of everyone who cannot make it to Boca Chica.
This!
This x100. The LabPadre and NSF streams are awesome but nothing even comes close to these videos. Incredible work. Thankyou
This! x10,000 !!! These videos make me feel like I was there. I can't wait for the VR release.
The concept of buying the dip is all about buying digital assets when their prices are down and selling off when the price rises just has the current market is down. Holding is profitable, although trading is far more profitable. I was to grasp the knowledge of trading crypto assets early enough, but i was still limited due to my lack of technical understanding of how to analyse the digital market , all that changed when i encountered Daniel Wright services. , although i have been into numerous services but Daniel Wright stands out with experience and expertise playing in his favour . I must confess it wasn't an easy task to learning the routes on trading but with the assistance of Daniel it was more easier to understand , Here are his details on Tel- gram ( @Danielwrightfx.
Totally agree. Great work! Rocketry become art!!!
I hope SpaceX retrieves all their camera's footage from SN15 itself and show us what we couldn't see live. Including the shots from StarHopper.
There will probably be a ‘recap’ like in the the past

I have been waiting for this since Tim's live stream... I know its going to be amazing.
This brought a tear to my eye. This is history made, and it is captured in the most amazing way. Its incredible to think that soon starship will be capable for human spaceflight.
This is just the start of something much bigger. When we see the full starship (super heavy and starship) fly together, that will be incredible. It will be great to see a super heavy land and see starships dock with each other for propellant transfer in orbit. Imagine seeing a starship re enter mars for the first time. It’s a great time to be alive
Honestly, this should be required viewing for all kids of all ages. The future is here and we need to be ready! The most inspiring thing I have seen/read/heard in years.
that audio of the raptors i will never get board of it blasting through 5 speakers and a 16" sub and making things vibrate hope my naughbours wont mind it
Yes!!
I legit got goosebumps at 2:46, the music with the incredible footage combined is just amazing!
I now know there is an art to filming a rocket launch. Watching this came extremely close to the joy of watching it for the first time live. Awesome work!
The binaural audio is just unreal! Such an incredible moment to hear them start up for launch and even better for the landing!!! Thank you for capturing such magic
Where's the binaural bit from the landing?
I agree, it's very good. It captures the enormity of the noise, and how it echoes from every direction. Much appreciated.
the sound from the raptors on the realtime replay was insane
I’m so excited, cosmic perspective always exceeds my expectations!
Truly stunning. These videos will be looked back on in years to come as the dawn of a new era in space flight. 🚀
Really makes you realize the beauty of Starship.
First footage I've seen of this flight that actually caught the bellyflop maneuver! That's awesome!
Great video folks, that out of the clouds bit it amazing!
This is history captured in the most beautiful way.
Woooa.... there aren't words to express the emotion that this has made me feel. Hope this really and extraordinary video.
Hope this film brings some of that excitement again. Thanks for being here
@@CosmicPerspective That's for sure. Thanks to you guys for making these videos that inspired everybody whatsoever.
I love how it just appears out of the clouds beautiful shots
Incredible shot of the flip maneuver. You’ve outdone yourselves!
Can't believe what i've just watched, never seen anything like that before..just stunning.
Genuinely like everyone else, that shot of it emerging down from the clouds and flipping back straight is priceless
At 7:25 you can actually see the 2 raptors throttle down after the flip!!! Amazing footage!!
Thanks!
Wow that landing was PRECISION
This has become my favorite form of entertainment. Thanks for bringing me along for the ride. 🚀
Omg these are amazing
Future is exciting 😍
Without fail, there is no success. Congratulations SpaceX
ok, so I've been a little hesitant about all the work and money that has gone into third parties observing and recording these test flights up until this video. absolutely stunning footage. we've all been mesmerized by spacex itself to drop our jaws with it's obvious access and budget for coverage but my god, this is next level production quality. well done. incredible work you guys.
Thanks for this, really appreciate it.
The real time shots show how graceful it landed. On livestreams it looked like it landed hard due the the speed with which it stops, but it was really very soft. The must ramp up thrust to full power at the very end.
Part of why the maneuver is called a "Hover Slam", the onboard computers calculate the exact moment to start the engines so that when it touches the ground it's almost hovering at an complete stop, a moment later it'd smash into the ground or a moment sooner and it would be hovering or even flying back up.
The throttles on the engines can be adjusted a bit but minimum throttle is still quite high as otherwise they'd stop working correctly and probably shutdown or other bad things
Future generations will thank those like you who have recorded these events in such detail.
Can you imagine if the Wright Brother's first flights had been recorded in such a manner?
Hopefully we get to see SN15 do it again!
Definitely makes up for SpaceX not having a landing pad cam this time!
They had one and showed it on the last StarLink launch. You’re right though, this will make up for the lack of it on SN15 launch day.
Thanks everyone on the team for this production, it was awesome! That shot of the vehicle emerging from the clouds was just amazing! That earned a Sub, Thanks again! 👍👍
So cool!
The shot fliping out of the clouds is EPIC!!!
Most beautiful shot ive ever seen!!
this is just the most amazing starship footage there is. that cloudbreak shot, holy hell.
Skycam :)
They do such a top job, can't wait!
WHAT?, WHAT?! Awesome!
Awesome work Cosmic Perspective!
Thank you so very much @CosmicPerspective for the capturing this momentous acheivement. I can't help but start tearing as I watch the footage. Thank you thank you thank you!
Thank you friend
The shot of SN15 taking off with the two cactus blossom’s being blown by its exhaust in the foreground was just awesome.
That audio is insane! Wow!
Yessss!! I've been waiting patiently for cosmic perspective to upload.
Can't wait to feel waves of emotions watching this.
That last bit of reel showed me it truly did touch down softly, slowing down at the very last second, no hovering. Perfecto.
I had to come back here to pay respects. Today is July 27th, 2023. SN15 was just sliced in half and dismantling has begun. Great show, look forward to more flights of starship soon.
Beautiful footage ! Starship fliping out of the clouds and landing looks like something that Anakin Skywalker would do ! Realtime landing looks intense - its going down so fast from those close views.
Just think, one day a Starship breaking through low cloud will be a everyday occurance but your video will always be remembered as the first time.
Yes!
I’ve been impatiently waiting for this!
Back here in late June 2022 to watch this... never gets old. Here's a bit of chronology since this flight.
Currently, Mechazilla is virtually complete, chopstix & all. Sadly for us, no test flights have taken place in the 14 months since this amazing moment, but SpaceX felt there was no value in further HA tests and moved on to orbital execution. It looks like first orbital test flight will be Ship 24 & Booster 7, perhaps by late July or August (4-8 weeks from now). Just leaving this as a chronology. Booster 7 has 33 Raptor v 2 engines installed and is on the Orbital Launch Mount (OLM) for presumed static fire testing (cryo has already completed on 7).
Keep up the great work CP! Love your work.
When SN15 came out of the clouds, its amazing to see the upper fins which just helped with the landing flip retract to home position. Great shots!
7:22 that’s SO cool. There’s a certain aesthetic from this shot that you wouldn’t get from a clear sky
This was incredible, we're speechless, thanks for everything you do!
Thanks for watching
this is probably the only time that i have cried from happines in my entire life! ;,)
Here for you friend, let it out 😇😁
these videos are better than videos from spacex
ever since Tims stream I wondered what that cam looking up at starship landing saw.. it did not at all disappoint me. Thank you for capturing this moment of history so perfectly!
Astounding footage and audio. Sent shivers up my spine! Big love to EDA / CP / SPadre family!
i imagine, that this kind of Videos will be shown in School on Mars in Mars History
That real time is just... Beautiful.
One Word: Goosebumps!
What an outstanding video by such wonderful friends. I plugged it into my big speakers, and although I live in an apartment, I made sure no one by me was home. Then I cranked it up. OH WOW! No words. Thanks you guys and gals. Thanks for sharing. You always give us the best audio and video.
Not sure what the fuss is all about: This is what SpaceX does... make magic.
Just love what you are creating guys. Thanks so much. 🚀
By far the most inspirational compilation to date. My 5 year old boy was mesmerized. Tim you ARE inspiring the next generation of space enthusiasts. I really wish there was a Nobel prize that you and the entire team could have. Just WOW on so many levels.
7:19 Just is just absolutely breathtaking. Wow! I can't stop smiling every time I watch this. This must be one of the best shots ever in film history.
That shot of the flip through the clouds...😍😍😍
The sound and wishtling of SN15 before engine relight its unreal, love it! amazing work to all the team!!!! You guys are recording history!!! BRAVO!
The audio of the raptors is violently beautiful.
Life imitating art !!! The landing is exactly the same as the Netflix MARS series !!!! Amazing!!!
Without the music, this wouldn't be nearly as exciting
My goodness, the goosebumps, the butterflies, the thrills these video is giving me I cant put into words....my heart is racing so fast, I'm ecstatic 🤩😍🇿🇦
Honestly the best footage out there. watching this in 4k is stunning! thank you cosmic perspective.
amazing footage i love the 4k
I'm absolutely in awe right now.. What a historical moment for humanity. Even with the clouds, you have done SN15 justice. That's a mind boggling shot of the flip. Can't wait for the mini documentary!
Absolutely stunning and hopeful
Omg i cant wait.
That's the one I was looking for! thank you so much for this shot!
Awesome! That last real-time, closeup of the landing just brought the biggest smile to my face 😊
This deserves a million views
Beautiful job. Wonderous even!
Wow you make beautiful films. Totally epic.
Wow! This is a video with feelings and real people watching! Love it!
a true piece of art! congratulations at all the team!
Starship coming from the sky was pure sci-fi.
So sci-fi right
The thing dropping out of the clouds and uprighting itself is the most beautiful manmade thing I have ever seen. Wish I could see it in person. Thank you so much for capturing it.
Soooo excited for this!
Beautiful shots! The drop out of the clouds was surreal. So inspiring!
Definitive Historical Record, so beautiful.
That landing was absolute butter 👌🏼
LETS goo Spacex and Cosmis perspective
This is.....the only footage of SN15s flip on the ground.....that is amazing and stunning congratulations on this amazing video let's see SN15 fly again and land to a point of the first starship to do the 2nd flight and land and survive as a idol of space flight history
Awesome, guys!!!
Great sound! I have raptor tingles...😍
Breathtaking to watch history in the making! Absolutely amazing footage!
Space, the final frontier. This are the voyages of the Starship SN15. It's continuing mission, to develop fully reusable interplanetary transportation. To bring space travel to the masses. To boldly go where no old space contractor has gone before.
Amazing footage and especially the audio is something to behold. Thank you for all the hard work and long hours you are putting in to bring this to us.
Thank you so much, guys. Amazing film!! It's always exciting and thrilling to watch Starship fly. Now she lands perfectly, which is even more exciting.
That belly flop and landing with the legs deploying in slow-mo had me with my mouth wide open... So cool!! Great footage and thanks for all the hard work! :D
I've been ready
