the fact that the donut guys actually got a chance to review the movie's cars before the movie even came up just shows that the producers do care about FAMILY

4 of the origional chargers were bought by an automotive museum in Branson Missouri, along with the Monte Carlo from Tokyo Drift. 3 of the chargers were stripped pretty bare, and I was a huge part in making them driveable again. I mainly did all the Baer brakes, and all of the wiring. Did some tweaks on the Monte Carlo to make it have good brakes, and making the engine run well. I've seen those fake blowers. Pretty hilarious.

I remember watching the very first Fast and Furious. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would become this huge franchise. In a way, I'm sad it was ever made at all, because so many car models have sky rocketed in price. Great video guys.

Most of those cars that have sky rocketed in price would of ended up in a junk yard if it wasn’t for Fast and Furious.
Blows my mind that how much of that charger isn't a charger, and the fact that the ramp buggy was built from scratch these guys are seriously talented!

on the 6 wheeler when james was talking about the finish on the roof panel, those are called lightening holes. very popular in aviation as they reduce the weight of a structure and more importantly in this case they also add rigidity to that hatch panels isnt flopping like a wet noodle

@@foxy126pl6 Tokyo Drift was #3. Then Fast & Furious (#4), Fast Five, F&F6, Furious7, The F8 of the Furious, F9 and now Fast X. Unless you're talking about the spin offs like Hobbes and Shaw, there's only 10 F&F movies.

That ramp car’s drivetrain isn’t actually from an RV, I think the engine and transmission is out of the front wheel drive Olds Toronado, the same drivetrain was used in the Roadkill Masderati to make it mid engined
I am very glad to see that Donut got to check out these cars. I love featurettes about stunt cars, so the high production value plus the fact that it’s Donut means more people see this!

One thing i apreciate about the movies are the sick cars they actually build. That and that alot of the stunts are actually real.

I swear if the 240 prices go up even more I’m gonna be pissed because I’ve been in love with this car since 8th grade and planning on buying one this summer and I don’t want people to think that I’m just buying it because of the movie. But in reality I’m a sophomore in college who has been in love with this car for years

Gotta admit, I think I would've preferred to see that Alfa Romeo or that early Gallardo in the Forza Horizon 5 Fast X car pack rather than the Ramp car. Apart from that, love the car pack, still need to see the movie, and I really appreciate that Donut got to see these gorgeous movie cars up close and give us the run-down on them!
Disclaimer: While I expressed my gripes on the ramp car being in the car pack for Forza Horizon 5, I am still absolutely blown away that the production team had actually built a vehicle like that from scratch! An amazing build, just not what I would've picked for Forza.
1:13 what would be the GREATEST evolution ever was if Dom's new Charger was a hybrid (a large electric motor replacing the blower to directly spin the crankshaft of the engine and offer regenerative braking and idle-stop-start)
Love the ramp car. Also, I'm pretty sure its running an old GMC motorhome engine.
Yeah, the GMC FWD motorhomes from the seventies were using the Olds Toronado drivetrain that debuted in 1967.
We can only pray F&F goes back to the good ol days of street racing for the last iteration rather than over the top, unrealistic stunts

Haven’t been excited for a fast movie since 7 and that still hasn’t changed.
May be skeptical of the movie in some aspects, but it is still very awesome to learn about and get a look at some of the cars to be featured in the film.

The cars have definitely been huge characters throughout the franchise, some have been awesome and well-received....some have received a bit of heat...(looking at you Ice Charger).
Hate me, but I kinda liked the Mid Engine Charger; the body work was cool how they accentuated the factory lines, it looked aggressive and I thought it would be cool to own.

Just curious how many donut subscribers over the age of 18 will be spending their hard earned money on a ticket to this😂 personally haven't been interested in a fast and furious movie since Fast 5. Don't get a me wrong, I appreciate the fast and furious movies, they just seemed to jump the shark hard after Paul walkers death.
Same, i watch them when they are available on prime video, but other than that not hyped at all. Honestly, as a car guy, you gotta turn you brain into zombie mode or be drunk as fuck in order to not cringe hard when watching those movies.
