Thanks for a great recipe! First time Little Finger Eggplant grower here, and I wanted a flavorful, not typically deep fried recipe to use for my first harvest.
Greetings from Tucson, Arizona USA I got some baby eggplant at the Indian market Thursday and wasn't certain what I'd do with them and this looks yummy!
So good to see you guys... love your easy and delicious recipe... have been making doi mach your way and everyone loves it. Please share more recipes... 😍
Hi guys.. I've been watching you since 2008😍 i was so upset when you stopped uploading 😢 just now i came to know u restarted and I'm so very happy😆😆 I've tried a lot of your recipes at that time since I was newly married and it all turned out yummy😋😋 and now I've started my own channel😀😀 All the very best👍👍💐💐💐
The girls are back in town and all is good lol.. Oh you do know eggplant is aubergine in the UK.. I would like my kitchen painted in a delicious colour of egg plant.. Doesn't really work I mean who named it egg plant it's stupid it's a bloomin aubergine lol. Okay rant over I know and love this recipe ladies but I haven't made it for ages thanks Hetal and Anuja you both are fabulous :-)
I am wondering.... because eggplants are in the Nightshade family, can leaving the green crown on them... be bad for you somehow if cooked and eaten ? For example, the general rule is that people should never eat the leaves of potato, tomato, eggplant, or pepper plants. I wonder. This looks so delicious !!
But, I just bought some baby Indian eggplants, and I already have all the ingredients in your recipe. So I will make this, but I will carefully trim the green crown, leaving just enough to allow the eggplants to hold together when partially sliced (and then stuffed) .

That's interesting. We'll have to research that a bit more. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. Hope you enjoy the recipe.
I was shocked at the thumbnail for a moment because I read Eggplant as Elephant! Heheh.
LOL! Yes, that WOULD be shocking! :)
This is an OLD video folks.. I don't believe this is new and they are not reunited again.... or am I wrong?
