Oh, boy. To think that after more than a decade, only now we can play this gem with mods that make it look so good and get good FPS. I just bought a 4090 today and I'm ready to replay this again haha
I know, right? It's crazy how the newer technology has allowed us to finally 'max' this atrocious port. You'd think GTA 5 would've been harder to run on the older systems, but, it turns out, that ended up being the polar opposite ❤
Yeah, on every aspect. They went the polar opposite with the somewhat hardcore stuff of GTA IV and made GTA V super arcade. That's one of the reasons why I'm not getting on the GTA VI hype train. @@NotAJ
Ayo broski sweet new graphics card 💪🏻
Ayo is there a mod to add a little camera shake and when driving it wobbles a little more and when turning. That would be sick. Kinda like activating drunk camera in liberty legacy menu but not so much shake 🤮

Personally, I don't know of any mods that would maintain that camera wobbling effect.
Seems most of your fps uplift came from the cpu upgrade. Since your Rtx 2080 usage only sat around 50% usage most of the time. Nice upgrade any way!!
That’s what icelaglace (developer of iCEnhancer) was telling me as well. He said that going from a CPU with 6-cores to one with 24-cores is a huge improvement for GTA 4. Interesting how that happens, hah? Thanks for the support and thanks for the gratz ❤️
@@NotAJ For GTA 4 it should be the single core perf between 8 and 13th gen made the difference, as the game is notoriously single-thread bound. But are you not using DXVK ? I say that because 50-60 fps seems a bit low for a 8700K.

Thank you so much, GTAHeavyImpact! ❤️ I know! One of my most demanded wishes of all time is for a fix that completely eliminates the z-fighting issues in the game. It’s annoying have to see textures clip and flicker from afar. Here’s to hoping those guys who do the shader and game fixes can find a workaround there 🙏

@@NotAJ I tried installing both myself as per the instructions I'm getting bloom light high expose lights and sun reflections like when ever a light is appeared everything gets washed out I have screenshot too

Can I use icenhancer 4, projec revive and liberty visual at the same time?
You can’t mix iCEnhancer 4 and Liberty Visual together, no.

Those pop’ins are what kills it for me. Is there no mod to fix the LOD’s?
There's a mod that Parallellines0451 did called "GTA IV Shader Fixes Collection" that does fix the pop-ins, namely "z-fighting". However, it is not compatible with ENBs as it stands. I believe it's a thing that may be implemented in future to make it compatible.

Have you ever experienced cars or buses with mismatched colors? Like I see neon colored cars, and a pink noose van.
Using iCEnhancer 4 or just in the base game? I’ve never seen that issue before! I’m surprised you’re having that problem.
I am using it in TBOGT and that's where I am experiencing problems, could try replacing common and pc folders
@@lieutenantkhaos I don't think iCEnhancer 4 is compatible with the newest update patches, it's only suitable for the Patch 1040.

rtx2080 graphics looking greater than the 4080 graphics but performance is significant improve on rtx4080 system but I prefer 2080 visual looks cool to me idk why lol.
Makes sense but I remembered one thing, I forgot to change my color settings on OBS for the 4080 one so it comes out looking a bit washy 😂
Wouldn’t liberty visual go good as well with these 2 mods
Liberty Visual itself is another visual overhaul like iCEnhancer, but I wouldn’t doubt that it goes well with Project RevIVe!

There are some simplified and vanilla-friendly graphics mods out there. But I’m not so sure how well they’d be able to run, so I couldn’t tell you - sorry!

SHame both of these are locked behind paywalls, I remember Icenhancer from ten years ago and hes still locking his shit behind paywalls.
I understand what you’re saying, but I disagree with the term that you characterize ways of obtaining them via. “paywall”. It’s not really a paywall. If the two mods were completely finished and yet they both were still obtainable via. donations, then okay you have a point. But these two mods are in their alpha stages, to which donators get access to BETA test them. No way should a person release a mod if they have tons of continued work in progress. Put yourself in their shoes.
