Looks yummy. I've never seen raw spinach used as a pastry filling, I usually sweat it down to remove some of the water content.
This looks Delicious 🤤 I had it once at school when we had like a week where we celebrated all the different countries and made their foods. This was over 20 years ago. I do remember the taste and that I really loved it. ( There was also another dish I can vividly remember the taste of but I can't remember what it was exactly or where it was from. It was this dry dip (not a sauce but more of a minced nuts stuff, not wet) of I think peanuts and some other ingredients and we dipped cucumber sticks and carrot sticks in it. It was SO good. I remember using a mortar to make the dip )
