These are delicious . I've been making several of your recipes and other Med. Diet Recipes for two months now. Yours are my favorite so far and I'm down 30 pounds and morning walk used to be 1 mile because that's all I could do now it's 3 sometimes 4 miles and I feeling great. I can't believe how fast the change has happened. My cardiologist said to me " Don't worry about your weight, just start putting good things in your body and see what happens."

Me! But,......I wonder if there is something ready made that could take the place of homemade dough. The arthritis in my hands wouldn't appreciate the work. Do you have any suggestions?

This is like the Indian parantha. But we use whole wheat flour instead and filling is usually of onion and potatoes, grated cauliflower or cottage cheese etc.
