    Definitely needs to be toasted if it’s not Italian meringue. Otherwise it’s just raw egg whites.

      I agree with the toasting but wouldn’t the fire just cook the surface of the meringue though?

    Fresh is Best with the lemon juice, didn't use off the shelf stuff in a bottle because it leaves a nasty bitter after taste...

    That is FABULOUS, stunning, and everything in between before and after! I want that tart tin SO bad omg 😲😍🔥. I love the natural pure white of the Meringue but I think I probably personally would have to torch it lol 😄🔥👐 only because I love any chance I get to use my kitchen torch. Xoxo

      @@jamifitz any type of rice..even the cheapest rice u can find at ur store..I just use siamese rice..cheaper than jasmine rice...
