Will these help take some of the shock forces off my knees during normal dirt riding, or are they just about preventing extension/hyperextension and rotational i juries during a crash? After a day or two of riding my knees are so sore, even without crashing.
might be pretty late but yes, knee braces are engineered to absorb the weight of the rider upon impact as it mimics the movement of the knee. knee braces can only protect you so much but it can definitely reduce soreness and fatigue from more than casual riding.
Not that we are aware of without heavily modifying the C-Frames that you have (ie cutting the patella guards off, etc). We also don't carry the knee sleeve for the Hybrids on their own so you'd need to reach out to Leatt for those. Might be a good idea to contact them before trying to modify / customize the knee guards to see what is possible, although we'd imagine they will recommend against it since these are protective devices.

I have a C-Frame pro. Is it possible to convert it to C-Frame Hybrid by replacing some parts and getting the padded sleeve from hybrid sets?
