      As long as it feels good for you. If it starts to feel uncomfortable, get out! Listen to your body!

    Iin some videos they show that u have to flap ur knees upward n downward like a butterfly.So which is the right posture?

      +Sandeep Patil Hi You can try both, once you are comfortable in the posture you can do the flap as well! :)
