- Shooting flames with your Q50 is pretty cool and it grabs a lot of attention. BUT is it worth it to include this as part of your ecutek or uprev tune?
Let’s talk about what the flame map does and how it effects your exhaust system over time-then you can decide!

bro there is a lost of q50 bloggers i like the fact you try to find a custom factory setup for your car and thats what i want a long run performance. cheers keep up the good work.
Thanks man! Yeah I’m trying stand out from the rest. I want to provide real and valuable information-not just typical fanboy stuff. Thanks for watching!
I have burned out test pipes and mufflers and mid pipes. Also flex section of Y pipes. Still no regrets for my flame map. I have it as map 3 with map 1 being my high octane map and map 3 being high octane but with decel runout and low load timing pulled.
Btw i did my own flame tune so no extra cost since i already had the cable and uprev tuner.
lol, you cant fix stupid. wow.
Does this apply for pop tune as well if we’re running the scs system ?
I’ve had flame tune for over 5-6 year. I run motor dyne everything. And never ever have had an issue. So I’m calling bullshit. And yes it’s my daily. (Infiniti)
How do you call bullshit? I showed you what happens haha.
Also, if you’ve had the flame map for that long, how do you know what your exhaust would sound like now if you had never thrown a flame through it? You wouldn’t. I didn’t say it would cause issues. I said the packing material will brake down much faster and will prematurely change the tone of your exhaust.
I understand the point both of you are trying to make which made me purchase the motordyne art pipes because the resonators aren’t directly in the way of the headers for my G37 s coupe. This video showed me not get the regular resonated test pipes. Thanks @speedculturestudios
Legacy Untold I’ve nerve had any issue with motordyne. Ur going to love and enjoy it for many many years to come. With NO ISSUES. Going cheap, you get what you pay for. Plain and simple. I’ve made the mistake more that once. Before I was introduced to motordyne more that 7 years ago.
MostHated818 I have full motordyne art pipes and the tdx2, is it cool if I run the flame map here and there when I tune ???
Manny11 I’ve been running the flame tune for years. And still no issue. I also have the art pipes, motordyne exhaust and no issue.
Great point, great vid. I have a flame map and I have fun with it anytime I can, so for me it's worth it, even if it means changing out the muffler every couple of years. I think the thing that goes the quickest is the exhaust gaskets. I've finally switched over to metal gaskets because the other cheaper ones kept getting burnt up because of the flames hahaha.
That’s a great point. Metal gaskets are a big upgrade. I feel like these cars tear up the composite gaskets super fast.
did the same exact thing Lol
Sooo i have gen 3 intakes, magnaflow catback, aam competition resonated test pipes and tuned with ecutek with a bangs/pops map but no flame map, though does noticeable flames or burbles. Is that better than having a flame map? I didnt really want flames tbh
It’s fine in moderation.
What if i have magnaflow catback exhaust with resonators deleted on my g35x sedan is this an issue regarding the idea of putting flame map on it?
Any exhaust that has resonators will be.
So, really cool video idea for you. I know of at least one universal Turbo kit (ATP turbo Garrett GTX). You could do a video on what the maximum power/0-60 and 1/4 mile times (hypothetically) would be possible for the 3.7 if money weren't an issue. I figure a Level 10 transmission and a twin turbo setup with a 3.7L would give it an edge over the 3.0T (Obviously the 3.0T is a super win if we're talking the crazy gains for minimal price; bolt ons and tune). Just a suggestion if you run out of ideas, haha.
Thats a great idea.
To each their own but shooting flames is not my cup of tea. I've always wonder it can't be good and this just pretty much sums it up. Great vid.
Thanks man!
I’m with you. It draws a crowd at meets for sure, but not worth it to me. My tuner installed the map for me for free, so I didn’t fight him on it haha, but I have yet to shoot a flame since the tune was done.
If I only did it every once in a while, (like twice a month MAYBE to show off or something), would that be worth the risk to you?
Also, do standard "pops and bangs" tunes without flames cause this as well? Thank you.
You'll be fine if that's what you want to do this dude's way off the most I can happen is you you might need a spark plug change more often or possibly O2 sensor here and there😂
Just don’t get resonated test pipes or a high flow cats just run no muffler and go fully cat-less or non resonated test pipes also run the flame map when car is moving not stationary and for the love of god please don’t use it all the time follow that advice and your should be good
thanks for the info!
This was very indormative, so glad i just did a muffler shop straight pipe upgrade. $300 and now all i need to do is the cat delete or high flow and a tune. Might want the option to change it to a map without flames so im not wasting gas all the time

Also just to ask u if u ever reply but I got invidia Exhaust ISR test pipes not resonated and duel stillen intake and getting tuned this week based off of everything u said in this video do think I would have any type of negative things going on based off what u had said bro ??
No. You shouldn’t have issues. The point was to just take it easy shooting flames
Nah word feel u bro thank u so much for the video and for the feedback bro 🤘🏽💯💯
Good work explaining what happens with those flame spitting rides. Yes, they look cool but knowing and understanding what happens is important.
Thanks for watching! Just trying to give some perspective. Seems to be a consequence for everything lol. If you drop $1,000 on exhaust and burn it out in a couple months, that’s really suck
Was a poor job explanation wasn't even given properly coming from tunera it's not massive fuel dumped into extra fuel dumped in there all over the material like that that's not even how it goes all it is is a retard in timing different spark ignition at the different time and most of what was said was bulshit most damage that occurs is you have to replace O2 sensors possibly once in awhile more than you would normally that sometimes and possibly spark plug change more often that's it
So i shouldn’t have that problem since i have non resonated test pipes and no mufflers on my g37 ? (Not tuned yet)
Nope shouldn't have a problem lol
That’s why my car is straight pipped
I think they forget most people get catless exhausts now a days
This isnt about cats, its about resonators n mufflers.. Flames wouldn’t go threw a cat
Love the thumbnail! Ha! Nice explanation dude!
I thought it’d grab some attention!
I am not very knowledgeable on how the flame maps work as I've never had one, but it seems like the flame is put out nearly the instant it begins. Wouldn't that mean that it doesnt have time to burn much material?
Many of the people that run these flame maps run them excessively lol many to the point where their final resonator and even exhaust tips are glowing red. This will most certainly result in premature material breakdown and failure. Moderation is key
WE’RE HERE FOR A GOOD TIME NOT A LONG TIME BOIIII
Lol I hear that!
What if you have motordyne art pipes where the resonator is off set to the side?
May not be as much of an issue. I don’t see flame working it’s way into those resonators unless it ignites very early. It may be possible.
Hey how you tint your taillights? Tint or vht ?
Yes VHT. 4 coats wet sanded with 1500. Followed by 6 coats of clear. Wet sanded with 2000 then polished and waxed.
what if i only want to do 3 flame map revs like once a month? should i still be concerned? i honestly don’t play w flames at all but you gotta put on a little show when u go to that certain car meet once a month lol
Moderation is key
Thanks for the information my car is tuned by admin tuning. However I ordered berks test pipes and greddy catback exhaust . To get the flame map. Not sure what effect a test pipe none resonated will have if you could make a video that would be great.
Shouldn’t hurt regular test pipes. The problem I see with the flame map is the burning out of the packing material in resonators and mufflers. If you don’t have resonators, there isn’t much to worry about in terms of exhaust damage.
I like pops and bangs but not flames is that still attainable without as much damage?
Yes, but it’s arguably more stressful in your engine
Let’s say this does happen, can you not get a new exhaust system if it’s that bad over time? Because I wanna shoot flames out of my 3.7 q50 lol any tips?
Well of course you can get a new exhaust system, but do you want to spend $500+ every couple years? You can still shoot flames, I just wouldn’t do it constantly.
How often should you change your spark plugs if you’re tuned and have a flame map?
Depends on how the car is running. I mean I think they say to change plugs every 15k miles normally. That seems a little excessive to me, but 20-25k if the car is running right should be ok. I mean some guys never change their plugs lol.
so what youre saying is that if i am already straightpiped ill be fine. My tuner said i need to get intakes, a new exhaust (probably catless thats what im thinking) and resonated test pipes but from what ive seen here im confused whether or not i get the resonated test pipes.
I’d still get resonated test pipes but just know that going crazy with flame map can cause premature wear
Very interesting just got my g37x was thinking about doing it so what about the flame kit with the spark plug will that hurt anything
I don’t know about the flame kit with the spark plug on these newer cars. That’s sort of an old school thing with it’s own risks lol

Admin is a tuner not a tune. Your choices basically are uprev or Ecutek.
But no, with those parts a tune really wouldn’t be worth it. Add test pipes or high flow cats then you’re good for a tune
@@SpeedCultureStudios awsome thank you
you should do a video on how quick q50 accelerates in the diferent modes and see if one is faster than the other . I sometimes feel like when I floor it it accelerates and if I let off just a bit it actually accelerates harder than when floored any idea? no other symptoms and it's very slight and only noticeable when on the hyway and the trans seems to be hunting for top gear even in sport.
Richie Clips thats a good idea!
Yea, I feel like most people know that. Most people don’t usually run a flame tune constantly for driving regularly. Usually it’s a selectable mode.
It is a selectable mode, but you’d be surprised at how many people don’t understand! Look at some of the comments. Even after Moncef of admintuning commented confirming they still argue. But you’re right “most” people don’t go crazy but a lot of people love that flame map!
Will the flame map make my exhaust rust? I've bought a new exhaust 5 months ago and it's got some rust already.
Flames shouldn’t make it rust.
@@SpeedCultureStudios that's what I thought but for some reason it got rusted after only 5 months. I'm guessing that's normal?

This dude is doing the lords work
I can confirm this. My sisters car shoots flames because it was tuned and the other day I was installing a new gasket for her car and the resonator on the test pip didn’t have any more material inside of it.
Great insight. Thanks for sharing.
I don't have a flame tune on my car. I don't have pops and bangs either. However I do have a stage 3 tune from Cobb. I have a catless downpipe and full MBRP exhaust system. When I'm driving normal I hardly go into boost if ever, when I get on it though and the exhaust heats up pretty well. When I downshift sometimes I will shoot flames out of the back. Not all the time, just sometimes

You understand! Thanks!

I’ll be doing that soon!
So if we keep shooting flames eventually I’m gonna have to replace my exhaust?, anything else the can happen? Engine ext..
It will prematurely break down the packing material in your resonators, yes. Moderation is key
@@SpeedCultureStudios so technically if we remove the resonators it wont affect the exhaust or the resonators right ?
Ive been a owning a 2013 G37s for 4 months and i love it been seeing videos of the flame map online and i want to do it its like the gtr lil brother with flames like that 😂
@@bigola5437 well if you super heat components like test pipes, they can fail because welds around flanges and o2 bungs can get brittle and fail. We’ve seen this happen a few times with people that use the flame map a little too often, or for too long lol
So once you go flame map with the resonated test pipes it will eventually turn into a non resonated test pipe
It's true .. the packing material is fiberglass and do you know what happens to fiberglass when it becomes so hot ? It becomes glass again from the high heat. On dirt bike mufflers we pack our mufflers from a couple races/practice. It makes a big difference in horsepower, torque (Dyno tested) and sound (DB meter). So next time you decide to flame map on your $1200 Tomei exhaust be sure it's serviceable to regain some power or just go straight pipe from your headers and keep your tune reliable
Great info!
Any thoughts on an E85 kit or M370 intake manifold (I'm not educated or experienced enough to do the DIY intake)?
Looks like intake manifold will make roughly 12hp/torque in the midrange...which is nice, but it's a $650 part. Still curious of your opinion.
E85 kit looks intriguing, though. AME 320 LPH or Walbro 255LPH will only cost about $100 and there are 6 Bosch 660CC fuel injectors on Concept Z for $279.
I read a few different blogs where it seemed it was accurate to expect about a 5% increase in torque/hp on E85. So, for roughly $400, assuming I could do the install, 5% gains would be pretty cool. Thoughts? As always, appreciate your content and advice!
Just to keep you updated, bought all the parts for a 2.25" exhaust setup today and still waiting on LSD.
I did the video on the z1 400 hp package which includes the ported upper intake manifold-it provides some gains on its own, but if you have filters/intakes, test pipes and catback you will not make any more power adding the intake manifold. I couldn’t justify the expense or the labor efforts. I have a friend who I advised the same thing, but he just had to do it and installed the z1 upper and lower intakes, got custom cold air intakes, test pipes and a catback then did the ecutek tune. He made the same amount of power as me and 3-5lbs LESS torque than me!!
E85 I think is a reasonable option for some decent gains. Usually it only helps forced induction cars but because of the compression of the vq37, having a cooler burning fuel has proven to yield some additional power. Maybe not quite 5%, but 8-12 +/- wouldn’t be bad.
@@SpeedCultureStudios oh wow, yes, I watched your video and Boost's vid on the Z1 package...crazy though that your buddy made lower numbers and very useful info as there would be no point in me dropping that kinda cash then. Appreciate your insight on the E85 route and I think I may do it! As always, thanks for all the advice and keep up the good content!
Robert Tam Really appreciate the support man!
@@SpeedCultureStudios Just wanted to mention to you, did more digging and found a guy that tested E85 on a dyno versus 92 octane and ran the stock injectors and stock fuel pump and saw 12 whp/wtq increase! Also said gas mileage seemed the same on E85! With the Ecutek tune I believe they offer the option to run E85 and 93 so absolutely no reason not to! Just wanted to mention that so others here could see it and potentially something for you to try when you do some nore 0-60 pulls.
Edit: It was a 370Z, but obviously still the same motor. Well, also just called Soho and they said the Q50 would definitely need the injector and fuel pump upgrade and the map is 150. Still seems like a fun option, just want all the info here for inquiring minds :)
Robert Tam yep I’ve seen a few guys run e85 with varying results. There is one guy out there with some bogus claims though, so you have to beware.
Whats your opinion on a burble tune with high flow cats? (The affects on car/cars; no flame map because of cats)
I’m not sure honestly how I feel about it yet. I would imagine if the tuner is skilled it’s relatively safe, but you always have to remember the car was not meant to lean pop or shoot flames so changing parameters to make it happen has to have some sort of affect. How bad it is, I really can’t say.
do yu think ecutek tune or uprev shoot better flames?
It’s hard to say because it really depends on the exhaust setup a lot. But to be honest, I’ve seen better flames with uprev.
I have uprev and have gotten 6+ foot flames many times
So i have a question i was planning to having a flame map which i will never use when I’m daily driving only when i go to car meets and stuff and so i wanted to go resonated berk testpipes and isr y pipe and single exit ?so first do you think this will be good with my setup (will i cause damage to the exhaust or most importantly the engine with flames)? And second where does the fire ignite, in the engine or in the actual exhaust cause i don’t think having fire in your engine is good and i wanna know more about where the actual fire comes from and where the gas goes so it shots flames ?also it’ll be ecutek tuned and also i will have 3 different maps on the car and they are fuel economy/Valet (which i don’t know what it means)/race.do you think they’ll be a horsepower difference in all these maps?
I believe I explained in the video how the flame map works with Ecutek. It’s a fuel dump on deceleration which means gasoline gets past the exhaust valves and ignites when it hits the hot exhaust. The flames aren’t necessarily bad for the engine but the crazy revving and bouncing off the rev limiter like so many guys do is not good for the car.
If you have a Q50 you will only get 2 “maps.” One is the actual tune. The second would be flames if you choose to get it. Valet mode is just part of the software. It just doesn’t allow the car to go over a certain rpm. It’s for when someone else is going to drive your car and you don’t want them messing around. Like dropping it at the Valet.
I know its been a year, but its gas fumes not actual gasoline
What's the oxygen content inside an exhaust? With the exhaust going through it and cars running a little rich, there can't be much oxygen left inside the system to ignite. I would like to see a study on this with different exhaust systems. My main concern is the cats
We know that cats are destroyed with burble tunes and with flame tuned - although a flame tune with cats is pointless
What if your test pipes aren’t resonated cuss I got ISR Test Pipes but I got them not resonated
No problem
This only applies to cars that have cats and mufflers. Usually the ones running these maps have full downpipes and are straight piped.
I stated in the video that this of course does not apply to people that are straight piped. But there are a ton of people “shooting flames” with at least resonated test pipes and I’ve seen SO many people with fart cans shooting flames-that’s just a big resonator. This is the reason I made the video.
So let’s say you have a full straight pipe, as in no resonators or cats, what else would happen? Is the only said damage just ruining your resonators and cats?
Correct
Is a burble tune any good ?
Not great for the car, but moderation is key
Why would I get resonated test pipes to shoot flames?
You don't get them "to shoot flames." You get resonated test pipes to help with drone. But this isn't talking about just test pipes--this includes any resonators in your exhaust system.
Great content bro I’ve never been a fan of the flame maps in the VQ scene to me it’s corny and played out. Do you have any knowledge about piston ring wear and or cylinder wash down due to fuel dump?
I haven’t heard much information as far as actual wear resulting from excessive “flame throwing,” but it would be interesting to see physically what the long term effects are.
how do i prevent the packing material from breaking from the flames
You can’t. Just limit how often you use the flame map. Or just plan on replacing your resonators sooner than you normally would.
@@SpeedCultureStudios I was planning on taking them off to make the car louder is that ok? Also, the car dosnt make loud crackles but it don't shoot flames unless your I'm holding the clutch down and giving a few revs. It's stage 2 map with antilag on a dsg by the way
Trelly Productions yeah you can take them off-it’ll be louder but definitely more raspy. If you don’t mind that, then go for it!!
@@SpeedCultureStudios oh I forgot to tell you that it's got a catless downpipe and and exhaust with no muffler or res, can that still get effected by the map
What’s the problem if you run a full titanium straight pipe from the headers back?
Nothing
@@SpeedCultureStudios :)
Bro I like your videos keep it up show0-60
Most people who do that delete the cats and have straight pipes so it wouldn’t be damaging anything in the exhaust but I understand what you’re getting at
That’s not necessarily true. A ton of people have resonated test pipes like myself. And a vast majority of people have at least a set of small resonators down the line. And all the z guys running Tomei single exits all have a resonator at the end.
The testing is definitely exaggerated, and to say it makes it sound like garbage is obviously a biased opinion. Test pipes are quite literally the cheapest mod you can get for your exhaust system, if you’re spending that kind of money to mod your car in the first place that should be the least of your concerns. My tuner had warned me the resonated test pipes aren’t great for the flames, but your video is by no means a lie. I hope there are people out there that you informed with this video in case their tuner had not educated them.
Straight pipe?
No exhaust worries then
will it mess up my high flow cats ?
You can’t shoot flames with cats. Has to be straight through
Hey man nice vid! Couple questions, I know you can shoot flames on a roll, but could you also do it with the car in park? I've heard different stories. Also are you able to switch to the flame map when your on the highway?
I am not able to switch maps on the fly. That might not be true for everyone.
I have not tried the flame map in park or in neutral, but I have seen others do it, so it is possible. That may depend on the tune software as well though. Either uprev or ecutek.
I only don’t mind exhaust flames if they’re a byproduct of high horsepower but not purposely for the looks.
I’m with ya there.
Will it work for fx35 2003?
Will what work? Flame map? Yes, I've seen the fx35 shoot flames. It has to be tuned, of course.
@@SpeedCultureStudios I have also seen it but it is not with Flame map?

@@SpeedCultureStudios look what i'm talking about www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Exhaust-Flame-Thrower-Kit-Universal-For-Car-Motorcycle-ATV-Fire-Burner-Afterburn-/123385920306
@@juniorbarroso7448 yeah spark plug in the tail pipe is an old way of doing it.
Guys, I'm not sure this is 100% accurate... The exhaust piping is hottest near the exhaust port from the engine head (where no packing materials exist). The un-burnt fuel then hits the headers or exhaust manifold and then ignites sending flames past the resonators and mufflers (containing packing material) due to exhaust gas pressures pushing the flame out.
So un-burnt fuel shouldn't be reaching the resonators or mufflers (assuming they're located further down the exhaust system).
Also, ignition timing is retarded greatly during decel (-15 to -30 deg) of which by the time the exhaust valve opens, the combustion event is still occurring thus hearing the crackle/pops effects (no un-burnt fuel in exhaust system).
Those are good points except there is packing material in resonated test pipes, which I did the demonstration on. That is very close proximity to the exhaust ports.
And whether unburnt fuel makes it back to the other mufflers/resonators or not (motordyne midmuffler is quite close as well) the flame still has potential to ignite and/or reach packing material through the perforated cores causing the material to breakdown prematurely. This really isn’t a hypothesis. It’s true. We know packing material breaks down naturally, which is why exhaust systems sound different from when they are first installed compared to 6 months later. Sending flames through them simply accelerates that process-and intensifies the process.
You are correct about timing being pulled on decel to make the pops and bangs, but the flame tune (for the Q50 anyway) is literally for a fuel dump on decel, which is meant to pass fuel into the exhaust system where it is ignited by the heat in the system.
I can attest to the info in this Vid, I’m running a large single can on my G with a mix-up of some of the best straight pipe exhaust parts. Having a flame map for 6 months has caused my 600$ single exit y-back to start chunking pieces of filament into the can, luckily I can shake them out.. still very annoying
Thanks for the feedback. Some people been having trouble believing the info, but it’s true!!
Anywhere. Your local tune shop. I’m in Cali. Easy to order thru 2k racing. Dark side racing. Many many places.
This is why you just make your own exhaust and experiment with sounds till you get a non ricey sound you love. That way there’s no insulation to burn out. So it stays the same no matter how much flames you spit 😉
Unfortunately, a vq with no resonators NEVER sounds good lol.
@@SpeedCultureStudios hmm.. not IMO but okay 👍🏼
@@user-zq7oe3bl6k you like a straight piped VQ?
@@SpeedCultureStudios well I have a 370z. My exhaust is just custom straight pipe from the headers to the isr catback exhaust. Yes, my isr mufflers might be getting burnt up but it’s just a catback. Not too expensive to replace in the future. I love throwing flames man it’s definitely worth it.
Do you need to CAT delete if you get a flame map?
You can technically get the flame map with cats, it just won't shoot flames lol. But yes, you need test pipes for the flame map to work.

Not great for the engine
So what your saying is if I do it long enough I’ll have a free straight pipe? 😏
Lol I guess that’s a way to look at it. Or you’ll have expensive straight pipes because the resonators you purchased will be worthless
So what you're saying is I also get a free resonater delete?
Lol that’s a very positive way to look at it!
Also if you are shooting flames the flame doesn’t start until it is exposed to oxygen which only happens when it exits
I don’t think that’s accurate. That would assume the exhaust is under vacuum and void of oxygen, which it is not. We see the flame exit the tailpipe because of the temp of the flame.
Are you on any of the G37 forums?
Not forums no. Why?

Thanks for watching!
How does this relate to bmw? The m3/m4 and 335/340 pops and bangs stock. You telling me bmw is hurting there cars by having it pop stock.
It pops and bangs but doesn’t shoot flames. Flames is the issue. But yes, there are some that argue that the lean pop is not good for the car and that BMW for example tunes that into the factory parameters simply for sales purposes. They know it’s what people want. Now I am hesitant to believe that myself, but you never know with the auto industry. But lean pops have a different effect on the engine. It’s the fuel dump into the exhaust system causing flames in the resonators that will cause premature wear and breakdown of materials as demonstrated.
Could be worse let's see if ECUTEK does an upgrade with lean spool for the VR30's

No. I mentioned that in the vid. If you don’t have resonators, it really had no impact.
5:30 made a face like "that turn you on babe?"
🤣🤣🤣
😂
So if you had non resonated pipes or just a straight pipe would it still damage it alot?
No. Like I mentioned in the video, if you don’t have resonators, it wouldn’t be an issue for your exhaust. Whether or not it can damage your engine is a different story.
@@SpeedCultureStudios okay I wouldnt nessicarly do flames, more so little pops here and there. I do understand that the flames do damage alot of things but what about pops and bangs here and there. (Might sound like a dumbass just trying to get more into this kind of stuff)
mj drifters I’m actually more concerned with pops and bangs because as I understand it is that it is a leaning situation where as the flames on this platform are produced by a fuel dump. Running lean is not great. I’m not a tuner tho so I can’t say definitively.
Can i drive like 2 hours with flame map on without my exhaust catching on fire
Yes, that’s not how a flame map works. Flame map is basically a fuel dump on deceleration but is only activated when over a specified rpm. Mine is 4k rpm for example so normal driving is not effected at all. It’s only when I accel beyond 4k and let off-and even then you still have to tap the gas to get the fuel into the system to ignite.
@@SpeedCultureStudios thanks bro much appreciated 💯💯💯💯
@@bimmerfeen No problem!
@@SpeedCultureStudios one more question i have a 2015 3.7 sport can i put the 2018 and up red sport front bumper onto a 2015 I really feel like they give the car way more character in the front
@@bimmerfeen I don’t know if it’s a perfect fit but some have made it work
Dang bro to bad I got no resonators on my test pipes 😁 flame map here come 😜
Great Video. I just ruined my Motordyne Catback resonator by shooting massive flames last night. The exhaust sound like shit right know. A lot raspier with higher tone compare to before. I have art pipes and Motordyne E370 Catback tuned by Admintuning Moncef through ECUTEK. Probably need to buy a new Motordyne resonator. But they don't sell the resonator separately. And I know all the Motordyne resonators and pipes are made in China. The company called JiaWen in Shanghai. I will try to contact Jiawen to buy the resonator.
That sucks. You could replace the motordyne resonator/s with vibrant. Vibrant makes very nice, high quality resonators.
Did u find the new resontor
Dad - “What have you learnt today son?”
Son - “Straight piping prevents people from destroying mufflers, DO IT”
lol
I'm getting a tune probaly in 2 months screw the pops and fire I just want preformance if it's no gains I don't want it
Exactly
Would the flame map hurt the engine ??
I think the jury is still out on that one. It shouldn’t. It’s just a fuel dump on decel, but if the tune isn’t done well it could.
Speed Culture Studios people that sit in park in parking lots at meets and rev to redline for flames are definitely damaging their engine over time. If you use it whilst moving it is just a fuel dump on decel.
Just straight pipe the car!!
Wdym just straight pipe it? Like from where do you start?
Wow 🤭
Testpipe with no nothing inside easy ..flame is the game 💪
It’s very neat 😂 😂😂
Great video! I’m still gonna do it anyway 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤣🤣
Lol do it!!
So basically just buy non resonated exhaust parts??
If you want to shoot flames constantly lol. If you do it every once in awhile, you’ll be fine for the most part.
Lmao when he said muffler... like bruh I’m straight piped
Then you don’t have anything to worry about.
@@SpeedCultureStudios so I can get test pipes and have straight pipe and get a tune was searching up but couldn’t find no info
@@Alvlol yes.
