He was so young, even though his playing days are over his fatherly days were not. Heck for all we know he could've made a great host on TNT in 5 years or so. Back in university I used to listen to Kobe motivational videos while studying and especially just before an exam, and then I would walk into that exam room on some mamba mentality and just completely slaughter those exams. 1 statistics exam in particular I remember walking in with such an intense focus that I finished a 3 hour exam within 1 hour and ended getting a 98% score.

Same here, friend. I primed my brain for success with Kobe videos everyday for like 6 months straight. Had him and MJ as my background for 3 years now. Kobe's mindset is what got me into a top business school and MBA program and now I'm getting the most top offers in my program. I owe it to the mamba mentality. I owe my family, friends, and KOBE my current success that I accomplished in 3 years what others do in 10. People like us know just how valuable Kobe was and how potent his mambe mentality really is.

I got into Georgia Tech aero engineering program on my 2nd try due to the inspiration of the black mamba. The sting of not getting it the first time drove me maniacal and it pushed me hard to get it. I would watch his 2009 lakers team highlights to keep me motivated during that first year at a different university.

When you see things like this, it makes you realise that life is too unpredictable, there is no time for hostility in your heart, learn to forgive, its hard but it’s a burden you just don’t need.
