I really believe that healthy people who die of covid didn't get the right treatment. It's a shame that the goverment health agency doesn't allow diverse treatment options to patients. They ban drugs and talk bad about them, and so the option becomes narrower.
Our family had covid on on dec 24. Interestingly, our youngest didnt get it. We went to the doctor on the 27th Dec for PCR test. He told us that most people really just get cured at home. He told us, that covid patients don't get medically treated in the hospital. They will just be given ventilation, pain reliever.. But they aren't given medicines to kill the virus. He said, they just let the person's system fight. It's good if it wins. And mostly people die with comorbidity.
We just took vit c, zink, vit c and NAC. We just had mild symptoms.

A good friend of our family has a friend that was put on a ventilator due to covid - the doctor told them he was dying and to say their goodbyes. The doctor even refused the patient water and ice chips because he declared his patient dying of covid. The patients family gave him a basket of muffins when they went to the hospital to say their goodbyes. The muffins were laced with ivermectin so that the doctor wouldn’t know. Thankfully our friend reported that the patient is being checked out of the hospital and is now on the mend. Shame on the doctors who are killing patients by refusing life saving treatments and and therapeutics. These Doctors are committing crimes against humanity.

She took very poor care of herself throughout her entire life. She caught it towards the beginning. We heard about budesenide and told her Dr to prescribe it to her. She was really taking a big hit and was most likely not gonna make it. Well, within 1 day of taking it She already felt better. Within 2 days she was already griping and complaining, back to her normal self, like nothing ever happened. That stuff does work (maybe a little too well🤣😪)

I'm not a medical professional. For me this video is informative, but its usefulness is very limited. None of the listed drugs are available without a prescription. So, it is up to my physician or a hospital to decide which of those or none of those to use. As far as I see, the official message is to be vaccinated and that's about it. There are people which cannot have a vaccine, though I suspect not many of those, there are also those which do not want a vaccine (for whatever reasons). Regardless, those people have the right to be treated. With Delta and now Omicron, our hospitals are struggling. I believe if the mentioned drugs were widely used by doctors, the need for hospitalization would be levels of magnitude lower.
It seems to me that the problem is not in a lack of available drugs but in what our healthcare community is willing to do.

What role do protease inhibitors play in reducing viral replication early in the infection cycle?

    • @MedicinewithDrMoran
      @MedicinewithDrMoran  2 роки тому +7

Here is a more detailed explanation which I did not put in the video as I thought it would bore people. in a nutshell it prevents the main protease from breaking down large polyproteins into the smaller proteins that the virus needs to replicate.
      Here is the link. www.fda.gov/media/155050/download
      12.1 Mechanism of Action
Nirmatrelvir is a peptidomimetic inhibitor of the SARS-CoV-2 main protease (Mpro), also referred to
as 3C-like protease (3CLpro) or nsp5 protease. Inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 Mpro renders it incapable
of processing polyprotein precursors, preventing viral replication. Nirmatrelvir inhibited the activity of
recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Mpro in a biochemical assay with a Ki value of 3.1 nM and an IC50 value of
19.2 nM. Nirmatrelvir was found to bind directly to the SARS-CoV-2 Mpro active site by X-ray
      crystallography.
Ritonavir is an HIV-1 protease inhibitor but is not active against SARS-CoV-2 Mpro. Ritonavir inhibits
the CYP3A-mediated metabolism of nirmatrelvir, resulting in increased plasma concentrations of
      nirmatrelvir.

Hearing you suggest we "Talk to your doctor!" I choke on my proverbial sandwich. Elderly with co-morbidities and an Angiogram serious enough to get strong advice and medication from Hospital, I asked my GP to discuss vaxxeens (spelled like that to please the censors). He instantly waved away my question with a laugh and a smile as if my asking was ridiculous. So I consider that he was wearing his politically obedient hat during that consult. Months later I asked again and my question was totally ignored. So I consider that at the first occasion, he hoped to just get me to "not bother" but simply without information or guidance "COMPLY". Of the second occasion, I conclude that he now has misgivings about vaxxeens, but that he cannot / must-not admit to them - but nor does he want to provide an out right lie. It is curious though - given our doctors and medical people are threatened with - something like deregistration - if they have views which do not parrot the government minister's policies to patients. That raises the situation that every patient now consulting any doctor or nurse - must first figure out if it is a political or medical consult. I yearn for the old days back when medical people dealt with medical matters and honoured the PRIVACY of patients. So now my GP is good for referrals and prescriptions, other things - well it has to be Dr. GOOGLE.

Scratchy throat that kept me awake, next day, by evening I got very achy: lower back pain. temp only to 99.7F, next day all joint aches, temperature back to normal. Wed had a positive test. Wed night felt nauseous and one bout of diarrhea. Next week or so just felt very tired and lots of sinus pressure and painful eyes. Went back to work after 16 days, as a flight attendant and felt dizzy during turbulence, never normally do. By day 18, felt 100 percent better. Never coughed. Definitely not as bad as a flu, (I get high fever and severe body aches where I can’t get out of bed with flu) but a little worse than a cold, because of the tiredness. Only took Tylenol once, on the first night I had the lower back pain (also a slight headache) Best wishes to everyone!

Have you Dr Moran, or others, heard of this?
artemic rescue 2 day oral spray: this is currently sold as a nutraceutical so no claims can be made.
Non sales websites from mgcpharma and swisspharmacan show Clinical trials done in 2020 100% stopping cytokine storms & reducing inflammation, and people leaving hospital.
It is curcuma, boswellia, vit C & artemisinin in a special delivery system .
At least it is something relatively inexpensive to take immediately or as soon as possible, or to get some just in case. That's what I have done..
Btw artemisinin is an antiparasitic, amongst other properties, similar to Ivy. So maybe the efficacy of some solutions is that a healthy gut means our immune systems can work better? Has anyone done studies on that?
I studied Chinese medicine which days that there is a correlation between the lungs and the colon.
    Hmmm
    Happy trails everyone

Your paxlovid comments, though correct, omitted how little is available, like sotrivimab. People fully vaccinated or not need NIOSH approved masks indoors & out. Ñ95. Those cheap fake kn95 & n95s are not eeffective. I use (Niosh approved-FDA does not approve masks if yours says FDA approved it is fake) an N95 covered with a KN95. I have mild emphysema COPD, too) and no problems breathing all day with them on.

Hen, you're absolutely correct that in many countries these medications are not easily available even for people who qualify. Accessibility to healthcare providers may also be a limiting step. However, what I wanted to do in this video was to show which medications have been shown in randomized studies to be helpful to prevent hospitalizations. I did make a video on how to wear N95 early on in the pandemic once we knew that this was airborne. These masks are helpful for people at high risk when they go into higher risk situations (indoors with other people). Cloth masks, even 3 ply cloth masks, are not statistically helpful at reducing disease. ua-cam.com/video/fFCYv0X4kf4/v-deo.html

N95 masks need to be professionally fitted to each individual face to be of any effectiveness...and they're never intended or designed for long term wear. I have heart disease and I cannot tolerate one for longer than a few minutes. I have passed out while wearing one.

This virus is endemic and contagious and ultimately it’s going to get transmitted to the majority of people around the world whether it be this month, next year or a little further down the road. Unless of course we develop a vaccine that provides sterilizing immunity which would be ideal.
