I have fine hair. The key is not to wash it every day with a shampoo. Do it once every 3-4 days. Use dry shampoo if greasy.. simple

@@jacobfischer4439 i have fine hair, and my trick is that dont wash your hair really often, becouse the natural oil is your best friend, it can give u a lot of hold. Go a more realistic style, like a side swept with a lil bit volume. U can easely lock your hair with cold air, if u blowdry it with upside down u will get more volume.

I definitely need to try that hybrid clay I have super fine hair and it's a pain in the butt doing certain styles especially if I don't stay on top of getting regular trim-ups to keep the length just right because you hit the nail on the head about too much length being bad for thin hair it just pulls it right down when I do my side part

Thanks for this video. As a guy with fine hair (a term I prefer because when I say thin, people assume I am balding.) I know the struggle. There are not enough videos out there for fine-haired men.

I have quite fine / thinner hair, but funny enough, I find the Cavalier Clay to work much better with my hair than something such as Arcadian. Was the same situation before with Claymation...worked great with my hair for some reason, and did not weigh it down.

No bs, if you have thin hair - just use some mousse with a strong hold. Way more affordable than blumaan, but results WILL surprise you.

So if I wanted to use a texturizing powder/spray, I would apply my desired prestyler, blow dry, and then apply it before the post styler?
When I bought cavalier I was expecting my hair to have good texture and good hold but when I tried it out turns out I didn't get that, instead I got some flat hair. So I figured I had thin hair which wouldn't work with the product and the next day bluemaan release hybrid clay which works with thin hair ! Now I'm stuck with cavalier and don't have the money for hybrid which could possibly work for me.

Right now I use a light heat protectant mousse then blow dry then use a creamy wax where would the powder fit in and any recommendations for a better post blow dry product
I use shiner gold heavy hold for my thin a** hair. This pomade makes it look voluminous, shiny and keeps it's hold. I really love it. because it keeps it's hold while I work around hundreds of industrial fans.
Joe do you recommend any clays that don't make your hair look greasy
The link you left for texture spray is a "dry wax" , i assume this is heavy , and will create separation which is bad for thin hair , Is dry wax the same as dry texture spray , Do both have same powdery form ?
So is it ok to use texturizing powder/spray for daily use like normal hair products

I like my fine hair, I always use to keep it long so I could style it better but that did not work at all (thanks to this guy explaining to me), so now I'll keep it short and trying styling it with my light gel. I always used to pick the extreme hold gel hoping it would keep my hair in place but it don't work (as explained in the video). So i'll take better care of my hair now, cause my hair is litterally better than some girls hair in my school ;p

i am using wella new wave go mat clay. i got a natural baldness over the years, so spike hairstyle is not for me as my hair is very thin and ill be seeing my scalp. if i use the powder will my hair look more thick ??
hey joe I have really fine hair and around 4 or 4.5 inch long. And i want all back hair with volume on front like yours. Till hair drying process all looks good but after the product my hairs won't stay together at all. hair gets separated and hair will start coming front. Is it because I have been keeping my hair downwards and in front all the time.
