The arguments had substance but they came from a place of love, slightly offset by one side of that equation being responsible for the bag (tho Tim was generous from what I gather.)

If there's cholesterol floating around in your bloodstream that means it's going to turn into plaque and stay in your arteries. The way Tim took this incredibly complex situation and perfectly accounted for all the facts and explained them clearly with the perfect balance of logic and diplomacy is nothing less than stunning and graceful.
