yep, that's my expression every time I watch that. I'm a keys player and I don't know if watching Corey Henry's solo makes me want to quit, or practice more....this is my #1 live performance I've ever seen.
The drumming is also god-tier, and Larnell Lewis (main drummer) was a last-minute call-in. He recorded this whole live album with one day to prepare from what I read.
I recommend watching their tiny desk concert from NPR.

Well truth be told when you reach a certain level as a musician as we all have the aptitude to be this good. You will never get this good working a job. Music has to be your job. Truth be told I graduated from Westwood high school in the class of 1996 from 1987 to 1998 the band program including myself had an overwhelming class of musicianship. Everyone in the band lived/slept/ate music for 6 years of they're lives. We all could play on this level by the 10th grade being that it was a 7th though 12th grade school. Point being you as a grown man or woman will not play like this or reach this level working a job. You have to be a full time professional musician. All the members of this band swap out regularly it's over 100 of them but they do not work a 9 to 5. I wish it was me 😁

That was a good day at the office for brother Cory Henry who took us to church and then to school. His range is as impressive to me as his chops and improvisational skills. He’s introducing audiences to sounds they’ve never heard before and I love that about him and Snarky Puppy.

It was a treat so see the way you reacted to the part of the keyboard solo where Mr. Henry doubles left and right on an insanely complex and improvised line. This amount of talent loaded into one mind is a wondrous thing to witness, albeit in my case from this beautiful recording (would so loved to have been present). The whole ensemble is beyond any words I can conjure to describe, but Cory Henry on this track is beyond my ability to comprehend. I have to take my medicine now.

I'd never heard of this band either, until about 5 yrs ago when my brother turned me onto them. My reaction was much like every reaction video I've seen since, including yours: "WOW. How have I never heard of these cats before??" Now that you've met them, you'll be taking your own journey to get to know them - but may I recommend a few of my favorites? Like "Shofukan" - very Middle Eastern vibe... "Quarter Master" - a fun Dixieland-ish romp... "Jefe", "Jambone", with some kick-ass guitar shredding... ah, what the fuck - it's ALL good! Enjoy.

I was just waiting for Corey Henry to blow his mind. LOL. I thought our host was going to cry halfway into his solo. I felt the same way the first time I heard this recording of Lingus.
The most fun of the whole video is watching Shaun Martin, who is an incredible keyboard player himself, lose his mind sitting next to Henry and watching his genius.
