Edit: I have to cut a section out around the 2:07 mark because it was flagged for copyright I noticed that i switch between using episode and level a lot in this video. Just know that each level is called an episode. My bad for not keeping it consistent.
Yes!! I have been waaaiiiiting for someone to cover this game bc it's my all time favorite but no one ever knows what game I'm talking about 😭. I'm excited to see you grow as a creator :,)
Hit and run was a big childhood game for me, but so was this one, and everyone always talks about hit and run and no one ever talks about this one. So, it's awesome seeing someone actually bring it up. Yay! Good vid!
As a huge Simpsons fan, I loved playing this game as a kid. Matt Groening being one of the final bosses blew my mind, I didn't even know that was allowed.
Gonna be honest I think this is better than Hit and Run, Hit and Run gets so difficult and as someone who's not a big fan of racing games I gave up on it"
I remember my cousin was on the final level of the game It was saving his progress And my uncle got annoyed that we weren't coming down to eat and he turned it off at the wall My cousin was very upset
I remember playing this game a lot on my PSP when I was 15 years old. I laughed a lot of the jokes in this game and my favorite levels are the Fantasy level, Sewer level, Japanese RPG level, Eating Contest level, World War 2 level, Dolphin level, Matt Greoning Mansion level and The Shadow of the Colossus level. I wonder if there will be a Family Guy or American Dad game with the same gameplay mechanics and self referencing cutscenes.
Hi, just wanted to say that PS3 has HDCP turned on at all times, which pretty much blocks capture cards, however, you can bypass it by using an HDMI splitter in case you want to record PS3 games in the future
Also idk if you mentioned it or not the senator who dies in Grand Theft Scratchy is supposed to be Hillary Clinton who was very against violent video games
I was able to beat the PSP version as a kid many times, alongside the gamecube version of Hit & Run. To me Hit & Run is the better game but I love the story on this one way way more. As a Kid for some reason I couldnt beat Hit & Run but had no problem with this one
@@not_456 Its a short GTA clone the game levels are easy aside from like 2 missions but the game soundtrack and mission design is great, its a solid experience with tons of simpsons cars and references all along
Hey on your elgato issue u cant record via hdmi and u need a special adapter for the rca and to switch to ps3 mode in the software sony was worried about piracy putting a blueray player in there and made its hardware difucult towork around u can find tutorials search elgato ps3 recording i had to do it back in the day
The PS2 came out over a year before the original Xbox. Sony and Nintendo used to be fierce competitors until the Wii, and especially Wii-U. Sony and Xbox started to really rival one another in the 360 and PS3 era, as everyone started to ignore Nintendo until the Switch came along. Everyone started to fight about which console was cheaper, which was more powerful, etc. The Simpsons Game was released in 2007, calling the next Xbox the "720" and the next Playstation the "PS4" because conventional naming standards for both machines were coming into place. They assumed 1 to 360 to 720 for the XBox, and 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 for the Playstation. It was never a prediction, just a basic assumption made with evidence, ie a "theory".

This game will always be one of those masterpieces from my childhood.

Big thanks for this comment! I'm still having trouble with the capture card and this could be why.
The top down part in the neverquest episode is a gauntlet reference

Did the Simpsons predict the PS4 and XBOX 1?
