when i was a child my grandmother insisted it was a good thing to play in the grass and dirt because it exposed us things which gave us immunity to sickness of every kind. she must have know something because i have only come down sick 4 times in my life, that i can remember, and i am almost 60.
Yes. It use to be like a tradition to have kids play in the dirt to build immunity. It was done with me and I also did it with my kids. I don't hear about it anymore
My Grandmother stayed out of the sun her whole llfe and had th most beautiful skin. She lived to be almost 101. She ate alot of spaghetti and sauce. homemade chicken soup, prunes daily bacon and loved fish sandwiches. She ate mostly from the garden Grandpa grew. But she baked her own bread and rolls and she ate sweets too. I believe it's genetics too. She was Italian. I miss her so much. What a sweet lady. This yr is 3 yrs now since she went home.❤

One of my Polish friends drinks this tonic every morning. It was her grandmother’s who lived to be over 100. One tablespoon of natural apple cider with the mother in it mixed with Manuka honey along with some warm tap water. I’ve been doing this for the past month and I do see a difference in my immune system. I’ve had people all around me get the flu and I haven’t. Ya grannies!!
I'm nearly 68. I started to look at diet for a number of reasons. I started Keto 2 months ago. I eat very low carb, fatty meat and fish. No more aches and pains, 2 stone lighter, no hunger and I feel great. Your videos have been instrumental in my new life. Thank you.
Like someone else said elderberry syrup or Sambucol tablets. Along the lines of meditation, I read and meditate on the words of the Bible and pray. Good for the soul. 😊☺️ Have a blessed day everyone!❤️ Give smiles away. It cost you nothing, but could make someone's day!
10 Easy Ways to Boost Your Immune System - 2020 1 - Meat 2 - Good fats (coconut oil, avocado oil, butter. olive oil) 3- Vitamin D 4 - Eliminate bad stress (eliminate bad relationships, crap job) 5- Avoid alcoholic beverage 6 - Quit smoking 7 - Sunlight - get some sun every day 8 - sleep well 9 - go for a walk 10 - make and eat bone broth
It's interesting how you leave out the best and healthiest fats he mentions first, lard and beef tallow, and instead you add olive oil that he doesn't mention. Are you afraid of the natural fats from animals that we as humans has been eating for ages?
Broke my 17 hour fast today with beef liver cooked in Kerrygold and scrambled eggs w/ Kerrygold cheddar cheese and cooked in Kerrygold butter!! Needless to say...sometimes I am addicted to butter :-) Immune system boost...check!!! I haven't been sick in 5 1/2 years....my boyfriend has the flu for 2 weeks now...it does not affect me...never does :-)
I always cook in Butter. Too bad Kerry Gold isn't available where I'm from, but I have tasted it. I rate it as #1 butter in the world. I'm jealous of you :)
ALI MOHSIN lol...I know...it's so good! I had to cut myself back a little bit..I was eating it with everything... Love to dip my plain pork rinds in it...lol :-)
@@ALIMOHSIN: I can get Kerry Gold (it's become available in Australia in the past year or so) but I'm happy to stick with Western Star Chef's Choice unsalted cultured butter. It smells so nice and, dare I say it, tastes good neat.
Dr Berry. My father is 94 and doing awesome! He exercises every day by walking laps around the house, riding his stationary bike and doing squats and leg kicks at the kitchen counter. He has always had meat at every meal and does not snack between meals. My husband called my mom and dad the most egg eating people he has ever know. My husband and I raised laying chickens that produced dozens of a eggs a week. We would only eat a few eggs a week and my parents would eat all the rest! Also, my dads mind is in perfect health! It's like taking to someon in there 50's. Now that I know better, I want to raise laying chickens again!
A few other things regarding our family habits...my parents Never brought margarine in the house ever! It was always real butter. They bought the big blocks of white lard, I can still remember seeing my mother using it. And they used olive oil way before olive oil was cool! Salmon was served weekly. Our blood cholesterol has always been great. My last check and my hdl was 110, which I was told could also be too high? I'm not sure about that.
@@judyleedy8950 One of the best and most nourishing foods is Butter. It's not processed, refined, deodorised, denatured in any way, nor has it any synthetic additives, modifiers, fillers, etc, added to it. It nourishes all of our glands (endocrine system), brains and nervous system. Butter is a prime food to keep us young, active, healthy and stave off dementia. Incidentally, Butter is listed as an aphrodisiac in the Kama Sutra. NEVER margarine, which has all those nasty things done to it. Do not worry about your health markers. The medical industry regularly revises their 'normal' ranges of health markers almost every other year. And they do that so they can diagnose more and more of the population with chronic illnesses. They want more sick people so that Bi g Ph arma can turn their multi-billion dollar industry into a trillion-dollar one. What was normal for humans for millenia, is now deemed by doctors to be "concerning" or "borderline" or "pre-(disease)" or even "dangerous", and you need to take this drug and that drug and the other drug for the side effects, etc, etc. And if those don't work, there's always the very expensive money-spinner option of cut-burn-poison. We raised beef and hogs, had them processed for the freezer. We got big buckets of lard my Mom used for cooking and frying. She made diet pudding and boiled bones for broth. Raised our own garden. It was a labor intensive life. We were all lean & muscular.
Sadly my family legacy of taking care of their body is nothing to be proud of so I am changing it! This former ICU RN is doing a lot of unlearning. Seeing a functional medicine doctor for myself and my kids. I prioritize food, sleep and good supplementation based on their genetic testing and micronutrient testing. Excited to see the ripple effect this starts.

I got Covid, lost my smell and tested positive. I started eating the carnivore diet and my symptoms went away within a week! My wife kept staying vegetarian and her symptoms lasted for many weeks. Agreed! (Except no elderberry use for coronavirus since for that virus in particular it may be harmful. Something to do with cytokines and which ones get boosted/suppressed.)
the most delicious meal in middle East called "teshreeb" it's the Bone broth you talked about, you find it specifically in Iraq as well as syria, Jordan, KSA
Imad Jawad Awesome!!!! The easiest way seems to be just throwing the leftover chicken bones like chicken leg bones in the crockpot to make bone broth that way. That way we all make use of it twice.
My Great Grandmother was born and raised in Sicily and she was into growing her greens in a backyard garden. She would boil dandelion leaves and drink it as a tea. Sometimes she would add it to her salads and eat it raw. She ate mostly vegetables and chicken. She lived to the age of 97. Most of her remedies were based upon eating or drinking something that came from vegetables grown in her backyard. She was never sick. Her immune system was pretty strong.

Hi Doc, I absolutely love your videos. I decided to change my life last week after watching you. I did a 43hr water fast and then intended to start a keto diet. I ate a ribeye steak with eggs around 4pm for my first meal then just drank keto coffe and lots of water. I had to push myself to eat at 6pm the next day. I'm only eating one meal a day, I don't feel hungry and the carb cravings haven't been an issue for me. I feel fantastic already, I can't believe eating this great meat diet has made me feel so well. I'm hopefully starting swimming next week. It's a big step for me as I had to give up working in April last year due to depression and other medical issues. I've got my daughter watching you now too, it's made her start keto. I wish I'd found you sooner. You're great, I'm telling everyone to watch 👍🏻👍🏻😄😄
I did about 5 years ago for the economic benefits. I am glad I wasn't trying to stop purely for the health benefits because, frankly, for me, they were at best subtle. If you believe the propaganda, stopping smoking should be the most wonderful thing ever.
I have a special recipe that I concocted myself wherein I make a bone Broth with beef bones and chicken legs, cook for 40 hours and fill in a jar that lasts 4 to 5 days in refrigerator. Just take one 8 oz cup every day for last 6 to 8 months. Skin, joints and hair thank me every day.
@ALI MOHSIN Yes can you tell us more specifically. My bone broth always tastes rather anaemic. I am sure it lacks something other people use, because others say so delicious. I do not call mine delicious. Many thanks
@@dorsetboronia4551: I throw some bones in a pot (sometimes include an onion, remove skin, don't bother chopping) and a carrot (wash off the dirt, don't bother peeling, break it in half if you feel like it)), bring to the boil and then let simmer for an hour and a half or so. Add salt to taste when done, remove solid bits. The secret to a good bone broth in my opinion is to use lots of bones, preferably bones with a reasonable amount of meat on them. So, for chicken broth I'd use at least 2 or 3 chicken frames (raw) in approx a gallon of water. (I've heard you can make broth in other quantities than commercial but I've never done it myself. You can put the excess into containers & freeze for later use.) I only use fresh bones (not cooked), so that the goodness is all still there, ready to come out into the broth. While I love sheep meats, I find bones from lamb or mutton aren't as flavoursome as beef bones. So, if you do have some lamb or mutton bones, throw in a beef bone or a ham bone or some chicken bones to boost the flavour.
resourcedragon Thank you for that detail. I will try again. Am hankering for delicious bone broth. Now it will work. Thanks again. Doesn’t seem tooooooo difficult. I will do a bit of throwing...... and more bones

Dr Berry ... listen to music it calms you down and makes you forget your worries! I put on music when I get home and cook dinner and I forget any stressors and I feel chill by the time dinner is served. It works like magic!
Summary: 1. Eat fatty meat which contains vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and is our ancestral food. Meat should be in every meal, and eaten every day. 2. Eat good fats: Butter, beef tallow, lard, coconut oil, avocado oil, nut oils (not peanut) to build robust, vibrant cell membranes. Avoid bad fats: margarine, seed oils (canola, safflower, etc), peanut oil, Crisco, which create inflammation in the body and build weak cell membranes. 3. Take a Vit D3 5000 IU supplement daily (at night since it promotes good sleep). Vit D25 levels should be between 50 - 100 in blood tests, not lower. 4. Eliminate bad stress from your life. Good stress ok. Bad stress not ok. 5. Limit alcoholic consumption. More than 1 per day is so so. None per day is best. 6. Quit smoking stay away from smoke exposure from fires, second hand smoke, smog, etc. Universally irritating to nose, throat, sinus, lungs. 7. Get some sun every day. All life forms needs sun. 8. Get better sleep. Light sources out, white noise, humidifier, melatonin, pleasant bedroom. 9. 20 min walk daily in the sunlight, drops stress, gives exercise, resets circadian rhythm for better sleep and sunlight helps sleep. 10. Bone broth - very good for immune system. Old fashioned chicken soup had this. Boosts health.
@S Masco Not true. There is enough sunlight for the pineal gland to register daytime. Light penetrates all over us. However, you only have one set of eyes, which will most definitely get cataracts if you don't protect them. Esp as I swim outdoors at noon, and do IT work with computer screens all day.
I am keto, but I still keep garlic cloves fermented in honey in the cupboard... Use as local honey and garlic as you can find. Put 5 or 6 bulbs broken up of garlic in a mason jar, pour honey in until covered, keep loosly covered for a week, after that they will keep for years and get better with age. Thanks Dr B... Love your videos
By the way, the consistency of the honey changes to watery over time. That's normal... When you feel something coming on, eat a couple cloves and have a couple spoons of the liquid for a few days, you'll be good to go again or at least the symptoms will be minimal

Bone broth in my country South Korea has traditionally served people as an everyday part of meal especially during winter. I think it is so in other East Asian countries as well. Bone broth cooked with cattle bones in particular has long been regarded one of the folk, local remedies of boosting immune functions and preventing a cold and flu over generations, and a lot of families here begin a day with it as breakfast meal. Was glad to hear it from you on this video, Doctor!
@@KenDBerryMD yea really you are trusted and logical and giving great advices and content and don't promote bullshit fake products Really thank you again 👍
Mama always made real chicken soup. Whole carcass. I make beef, lamb, and chicken bone broths. I am now going full carnivore after stalling on keto. Today was ribeye steak and eggs for breakfast, bone broth for lunch and prime rib for dinner. Awesome day!
Bone broth is a superfood. Great for skin, hair, nails, bones, teeth. Cook it on VERY LOW heat. Not boiled. Not simmered. But just below simmering. For 24 to 48 hours. The test for whether it was cooked correctly is, if you keep the broth in the fridge overnight, it should turn to jelly. That's collagen from the bones & gristle. If it doesn't turn to jelly and remains liquid, the heat was too high, the collagen got overcooked and becomes unavailable for assimilation. The soup is still good and can still be used for cooking. Chicken Bone Broth: 1 whole, medium-sized, farm-raised or organic chicken, rinsed 2 onions, cubed 3 cloves garlic, halved thumb-sized knob of ginger, roughly sliced 2 stalks celery, cut into 4"/10cm pieces, discard leaves 10 whole peppercorns French sea salt A few bay leaves Distilled or filtered water Put all ingredients, except salt and bay leaves, into a soup pot or a slow cooker and completely cover the chicken with distilled water. Cover and put on very low heat for 8-10 hours. Remove the whole chicken onto a large plate (be careful as it falls apart easily) and let cool for a few minutes. Leave the heat on for the pot. Debone the chicken and remove all the cooked meat. Use it for other dishes: salads, stir-fries, sandwiches, pies, etc. Put all bones and parts back into the pot, top up with distilled water and continue to cook on very low heat for another 14-18 hours. Put in the bay leaves for the last hour of cooking. Turn off heat. Add salt and stir. Strain into a glass jug, cover, store in the fridge. If using big bones (beef, lamb, etc), use longer cooking times. Drink about a cup a day. I often make poached egg with the broth, add cooked chicken, fried shallots, shredded cheese, butter or cream or sour cream, and chopped spring onions. Sometimes I may add minced beef or pork instead of chicken.
Two things I like. A short nap each day or when time allows. Good mid afternoon reset. And then homemade sauerkraut, good gut food and with immune system. Goes well as a side to bone broth!! Thanks for the list.
Blessings and thank you Dr. Berry, Place slices of raw garlic, onion, oregano, salt, mint and ginger in a large mason jar. Bring a tea kettle to a boil, let boiled water cool slightly then pour over the spices and let cool until it can be consumed comfortably. 1 tbsp honey (optional) The juice of 1 lemon or lime. This has helped our family for generations with Cold,flu-like symptoms/allergies/congestion/rehydration etc.

Dr. K my ex's grandmother ate 2 cloves of raw garlic every morning. She lived a very healthy 100 years and probably weighed 80 pounds at the most. She grew her on veggies until the end. Sometimes she would shoot a squirrel out of a tree, skin it and cook it.
Eating bush meat is how humans got ebola. Squirrels are rats with furry tails and carry rabies and the plague, not to mention a host of worms and parasites. Really unsafe to eat wild animals esp rodents. And cruel to shoot a little squirrel from a tree! Poor thing.
@@lass-inangeles7564Small rodents like squirrels, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, chipmunks, rats, and mice) and lagomorphs including rabbits and hares are almost never found to be infected with rabies and have not been known to transmit rabies to humans. My grandma always swore by taking a spoon of honey( raw local) covered with cinnamon powder. She said it helped her sleep and no heartburn and never woke up in the middle of the night. She got 9hrs of sleep( at least after she was 75) a night. She also always gave us honey lemon and whiskey when we had a cold. She said the whiskey was for lowering your fever by thinning the blood and lemon cuts the mucus and honey coats your throat to ease pain and has natural antibiotic in it.

I have the “Flu Bomb” when I feel as though I’m getting sick, or surrounded by people that are Ill: 1). Garlic 2). Ginger 3). Cayenne Pepper 4). Lemon juice from fresh Lemons 5). Apple Cider Vinegar - mix with 1/4 cup warm filtered water - I use the Berkey System - and down it. It works wonders. I also consume my own homemade organic pickled ginger every day.
I make a concoction of apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, tumeric, garlic and cayenne pepper. ..put in blender, cook high on stove then simmer. One TBL spoon in the morning.
Cook with olive oil Beet root Hot tea with honey, bay leaves and whole cloves. Spice up food with hot peppers (Eat as many home grown veggies as possible instead of store bought)

Amber Marie my grandma would take warm salt water and squirt it up our nose and we would spit it out . Really good for sinus infections. Gargle warm salt water for sore throats. I think you can buy saline nose spray now and Neti pots do the same thing.
Isn't Himalayan pink salt 98% sodium chloride (table salt)? That leaves 2% for those 84 minerals & vitamins. Don't buy all the hype, folks. Do your own research & look into this stuff.

Except for the margarine this vegetable was very healthy and was afood that nearly always made me feel better when I ate it!

For croup, cook bacon, save the grease, cook an onion in the grease, strain the juice and oil and feed it to the person suffering from croup. Enjoy the bacon afterwards with a few overeasy eggs, 😉. Read your Bible, pray for others. Also, grow what vegetables you plan on eating, cook with salt and butter.

Hi doc, my mum used to make a syrup from red onions, honey and vinegar, she mashed it all up to a paste and we were given two spoons daily in the winter plus she gave us COD liver oil. Yes the bone broth is the best along with home made kefir. I buy organic marrow bones and make up two litres at a time and add it to home made veg soup.
From what I understand, a 3 day water fast helps boost the immune system. Autophagy repairs damaged cells and after breaking the fast, the white blood cell count increases.
Murry Nathan autophagy is always happening in the body on some level. Don’t go overboard with the fasting, people! A three day fast *once in awhile* is great for the immune system
Homemade, slow cooked chicken soup made with bones. I once saved my dying dog who had parvovirus and was near death by feeding him chicken soup. It was the only thing he would eat and keep down. The vet said it saved his life. I am loyal to homemade chicken soup with bones.

I was diagnosed with M.E. in 2005 after a bout of mumps. I was bedridden for nearly 10 years and virtually slept round the clock. My husband had to take over EVERYTHING including the care of our now adult son with autism. Many of these things I was simply unable to do - I could barely walk to the bathroom never mind go outside in the sunshine and take a walk. Ironically, the fatigue can result in "sleep reversal" which means that despite sleeping many hours you can find yourself in the miserable situation of staying awake at night but feeling fatigued and rubbish. (No staying awake during the day doesn't work) My husband found me a movies channel and I stopped fighting my symptoms and just went with the flow. If I needed to sleep, I slept. If I could go outside for a few minutes I did (Yes in my pyjamas...) I was unable to cook much but I craved meat so I would micro a couple of pork chops - complete with fat - and I started snacking on a tin of coconut cream. I was supposed to be adding it to coffee but it was like lard so I ate it off the spoon. Over a few weeks I suddenly realised that my sleeping patterns and energy were changing. I made a conscious effort to do 2 things everyday so I wouldn't feel so useless. (At the beginning brushing my teeth would count as 1 thing) Exercise unfortunately makes M.E. worse, not better, and post exertional malaise can occur. Feels very flu like. So I have to rely on pacing myself In 2019 my husband and son went on holiday for 2 weeks and I was able to look after our 6 horses, dogs and house. I even tackled some decorating and sorting out while they were away. I still have to pace myself. I'm not cured. BUT I am significantly improved mostly, I believe, thanks to the advice of Ken Berry, and the confirmation that pork chops and coconut cream weren't the devils spawn! So thanks Ken. And if you want to know what other things I did to help myself I would be happy to share.
Organic oregano oil...2 drops under the tongue every morning...tastes awful but it dissipate after a couple of minutes...drink lots of water with electrolytes...careful..not too much. Thanks so much for all your great info!

Yao Jaden I fast from 16 to 24 hours everyday, depending on my hunger levels :-)
Your father knows the keys to good health. I do the same things and never sick, no arthritis or joint pain.

Cheers to Your God-Given Natural Health!

Summary:
Thank you for taking the time to write these down.

Chicken Bone Broth:
1 whole, medium-sized, farm-raised or organic chicken, rinsed
2 onions, cubed
3 cloves garlic, halved
thumb-sized knob of ginger, roughly sliced
2 stalks celery, cut into 4"/10cm pieces, discard leaves
10 whole peppercorns
French sea salt
A few bay leaves
Distilled or filtered water
Put all ingredients, except salt and bay leaves, into a soup pot or a slow cooker and completely cover the chicken with distilled water.
Wow thanks so much for the recipe for bone broth. I’m excited to make it

Lass-in Angeles 😂😂😂😂 I have 40 years of eating squirrels . I’ve shot, trapped, skinned, butchered and eaten more squirrels then most people have ever seen. I’d worry more about getting sick from meat at the store.
Filipino and Asian vegetables and fruits: bitter melon, moringa, mustard leaves, bok choy, Chinese broccoli, guava, soursop, mangosteen, kimchi of different vegetable varieties, ginger, turmeric, garlic, and all those greens and different mushrooms in the Asian grocery stores
She said the whiskey was for lowering your fever by thinning the blood and lemon cuts the mucus and honey coats your throat to ease pain and has natural antibiotic in it.
for me personally... eat LOTS of red meat, chicken, tuna, vegetables, & spend "stress-relief" time in prayer ...thanx for the videos doc, ur a real straight shooter, always enjoy em!
I take a high quality probiotic daily; I also drink a lot of water and like my Braggs apple cider vinegar as it helps digestion and the body overall. I think getting rid of cane sugar is also very beneficial to the body and the immune system as well. Lastly, if you are feeling unwell, homemade chicken noodle soup and chicken broth are outstanding to help the body heal, and of course lots of sleep. Thank you for your video - sound advice. Forgot to mention, that spending time with my pets, including my beloved horse, helps me stay happy and healthy.
I added my comment before finishing the video and you included homemade chicken noodle soup- best thing if you ask me
Shared at fit and wellness... Thanks Doc Semper Fi ...Thanks for including and Supporting the Military 🇺🇸 ❤❤❤❤
I live at the 45th latitude. Sun is rare here in the winter. D3 and K2 are essential in our house!
Number One has been so powerful for me. I'd already been Keto, but I've gone more Ketovore in eating more meat. It's night and day how good I feel and I've been getting stronger and feeling better everyday. You're the only doctor I've ever heard recommend meat for immunity and has literally been miraculous the improvements I've been feeling since I've taken your advice (battling anemia and 'undiagnosed' endometriosis).
Here it is: 1- eat meat, more so fatty meat 2- cook with good healthy fat (butter, ghee, avocado oil, etc.) 3- take vitamin D supplement 4- eliminate bad stress in life (crappy job, crappy relationship)
5- limit alcohol beverage 6- stay away from all smoke (quit smoking, all sort of smoke) 7- get some sun every day 8- get better sleep 9- go for a walk, every day, 20 minutes, hot or cold outside 10- make bone broth - Thank you Dr Berry!
My smoking is almost all over. Bread I like it.
Thank you so very much. I appreciate this.🥰
Teaspoon of Olive oil. three drops of lemon and a tiny bit of hot pepper powder.Drink first thing in the morning.Greece.
Getting a better nights sleep and overcoming sleep apnea are topics for a future video(s), I would say.
My grandfather drank a quart of buttermilk everyday,my grandmother made everything from scratch;there was always a pot of bone broth simmering on the stove in the winter.
3 Card Monty add a little black pepper and mustard and that would be perfect 👌🏼
I make a concoction of apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, tumeric, garlic and cayenne pepper. ..put in blender, cook high on stove then simmer. One TBL spoon in the morning.
I just started my entire family on vitamin D3 I hope it helps them. I have bone broth in my slow cooker smells fabulous.
Cook with olive oil
Beet root
Hot tea with honey, bay leaves and whole cloves.
Spice up food with hot peppers
(Eat as many home grown veggies as possible instead of store bought)
Thank you Dr. Berry. I’m so glad that I have a jump start this last 9 months. I’m doing and feeling better than I have in years. And it’s only going to get better. It works, it really works!

thanks..the Himalayan salt in coffee is so good..you mentioned it in another video and I see someone commented here..you would make a good teacher.
Major thanks for all you do! Please touch on a subject of extreme importance for seniors; the serious nature of shingles and the crippling impact of PHN. The sleeping monster is easily awakened by a compromised immune system. After 5 years of crippling pain, I returned to the carnivore diet & electrolytes, and after a week I'm pain-free again
Where I live we can go for weeks in the fall and winter with no hint of sunshine.
Same. Portland
You must live near me LOL
Shenandoah , that’s why I live in Fort Lauderdale !
Near Vancouver, British Columbia.
Pacific Northwest.... oh well, gather it all in the summer☔️
Chicken soup..use the whole organic chicken..big pot..whole onion..stick celery.. Himalayan salt..bit of butter cook till meat ready to fall off bones..chop meat put back in pot..put in rice..simmer..Cooking slow and the bones and fat are the health factor...bones hold the minerals and all together a good way to heal..and stay strong..
Elderberry - yep. My Grandmother stood by that for sure. Now that I'm mostly doing keto, I use elderberry extract in pill form, instead. Also use garlic powder.
My 90 yr old aunt is in amazing shape and she always mentioned the beneficial effects of Swedish Bitters on the body for all kinds of health related conditions.
Moringa, and Barlean's Olive Leaf! Babies lower my stress level!
I love your video's, your precious wife, and your sweet baby boy!
A Polish friend made me a concoction for bronchitis cough…different berry teas- cool to warm. Add-vitamixed fresh ginger/garlic, local honey, fresh squeeze lemon juice……sip for cough relief( plus antiviral etc properties) worked!
break up with that loser!! love it. just did!!
Sometimes all it takes is sound advice from someone you trust.
Everybody is a loser. Could it be why so many marriages fail and so many people remain single. Are we seeking perfection in others and yet we are human too?
@@JF-fx2qv Cat ladies abound!
About 3 months ago i started taking 100% Moringa leaf powder in capsules. 92 nutrients & 46 types of antioxidants. 3 in the AM & 3 in the PM. Ive had permanent injuries with lots of inflammation since 1998 and i feel great! I just turned 66 yo. I sleep better also. I took 10mgs of Ambien for years & sometimes i still wouldnt sleep. Ive been able to reduce from 10mgs to 5mgs. I can not express just how much Moringa has helped me. I dont "vibrate" inside any more, im calmer, my thinking is clearer & one day i remembered what i was looking for! ☺ Its food & i will not stop taking it! Research for yourself. Currently just $20 for reg month supply of 2 X 2. I can deal with that on my low fixed income!
Elderberries and warm salt water rinse of your nose and throat.
how do you do a salt rinse?
Amber Marie my grandma would take warm salt water and squirt it up our nose and we would spit it out . Really good for sinus infections. Gargle warm salt water for sore throats. I think you can buy saline nose spray now and Neti pots do the same thing.

Homemade elderberry syrup!
Cathy holmes yes it’s easy to make my granny used to make it all the time
You are blessing, God bless and empower you more to spread the truth that the world needs from this greed ridden society. Thank you
Himalayan pink salt is great for helping you sleep. It's high in magnesium and has 84 vitamins and minerals !!!!
Isn't Himalayan pink salt 98% sodium chloride (table salt)? That leaves 2% for those 84 minerals & vitamins. Don't buy all the hype, folks. Do your own research & look into this stuff.
@drkendberry what day he?
Supplements are harmful if the binder is calcium based !!! It calcifies your pineal gland and stops your connection with the spirit world !!! And I say eat organic and gmo-free!!!! And Himalayan pink salt is all natural and good for you !!! Hugs hugs ❤️❤️❤️
@@tosue1 You're mixing apples and motorcycles. It's not the total percentages but the microgram distrobutions within those percentages that count.

Elderberry syrup in 8 oz of water. Tumeric with Peperine , Vitamin D3, Fish OIl, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin K. Magnesium. Meat, good fats and coconut water.
Dr. Ken - Would you discuss, maybe in a new video, the effect of Allergy Shots on the immune system and if there is a downside to the shot additives. thanks
Fire cider! I made mine with acv, horseradish, ginger, hot peppers, turmeric, garlic, onions, lemons, and some ekderberry
Can't stay away from the smoke I am a fireman but I do ware my air pack we are having a lot of classes on smoke you,r right it is killing a lot of firemen.

Washing your equipment and showering before heading home helps to keep things at the fire station. Does it also help to do a sinus rinse?
Since my husband and I went on a Carnivore lifestyle we no longer need Vitamin D supplement, stopped eating liver because it was overloading copper in my body inducing Vertigo, we drink bone broth every afternoon, eat 80% of our calories from fat and less meat (protein) eat once or twice a week! We do not believe in any oils (not avocado or coconut or ghee or butter)---we only have beef fat! We believe we are retaining all the nutrients and vitamins since October and feel at our best! We have also reduced or eliminated Sea Salt at our meals and that metallic feeling on my tongue has disappeared too! Thanks for the confirmation about most of what you mentioned in this video!!!
“Break up with that loser”😂😂😂great advice!! Love it.
Lamb's quarters is a green leafy vegetable that grows on almost all continents, is similar to spinach or Swiss chard. It used to grow like a weed on the egg ranch where I grew up. My mother used to send us with a paper bags to pick them, and she would rinse them several times. Then she would simmer them in water, and serve them with margarine. Except for the margarine this vegetable was very healthy and was afood that nearly always made me feel better when I ate it!
Elderberry, moringa, and fermented foods every day.
Salt (red), red meat, okra, Epsom salt baths, dandelion (flower, stem, root), chicken noodle soup.
Can you talk about Elderberry Syrup? Just picked up my first ever batch tonight, lady was kind enough to make it sugar free since I am keto. Thank you for all your great advice and insight!!
I sure wish he would because I had been hearing people rave about it, so I bought some. But then I read people with autoimmune diseases should NOT take it and I have hypothyroidism. Just was wondering if that's correct or not. God bless you!
One word...Dandelions
its a super food, salad from the leaves and flowers, tea from flowersand root, medicinal....
I love your intelligence and sense of humor. Feeling very empowered by your videos. Thanks, Dr Berry!
The first person that I have come across to recommend the exact amount of vitamin D3 ......5,000 iu needed. Thanks.
I had a biology teacher in high school who swore that eating onion 🧅 sandwiches kept her from getting sick with colds. She recommended it to all of her students & she never was sick in the 4 years I attended high school!! Must be something to that raw onion eating practice!!😃👍🏻❤️
Onions have lots of Vit. C!
Onions absorbs toxins
Great video. I can’t understand how anyone can give it a thumbs down.
Thanks, doc.
NAC N-Acetyl Cysteine. Especially if you have a pre existing lung disease. I have asthma and if take it if I get sick. I'm 2 months into keto so I'm still building my immune system. But my breathing has greatly improved.
I can't stand the smell of cigarettes
As a former smoker I agree but will always love the smell of tobacco in it's fresh unlit form.
Same here. I would like a cannabis cigarette made in different strengths, so it would be worn off before the work week begins.
Or go full strength while on holiday, or half strength to also be able to have a few.beers.
Maybe the virus doesn't either.
Christine Lesch I like Jeannie cause she taste like cigarettes” Forrest Gump”
Murry Nathan
And I lost weight, do it twice a month, lost 30 lbs. in 3 months. I’am as serious
as cancer, when I say “fasting “ is the answer! 🤓👍
Homemade, slow cooked chicken soup made with bones. I once saved my dying dog who had parvovirus and was near death by feeding him chicken soup. It was the only thing he would eat and keep down. The vet said it saved his life. I am loyal to homemade chicken soup with bones.
Elderberry!! Grandma and Granda took it instead of a flu shot. A teaspoon every day.
You are awesome Dr. B !!!!Been watching your videos for quite some time now and You have literally changed my life and family members lives and health for the better. thank you for all your advice!!!
So I have to rely on pacing myself
In 2019 my husband and son went on holiday for 2 weeks and I was able to look after our 6 horses, dogs and house.
