Hello there! I love your videos... I was watching because i might move to Boston. I'm coming from Florida so it's a big difference. I'm lately having issues with depression and loneliness and I'm not sure if the long winters will somehow make me feel worst. My cousin is moving there and has beckoned me to come along as my situation here in Florida has not changed. You'd think cuz I'm in the sunshine state I'd be ok... But not really
Ok first of all, you should take care of the mental health issues prior to moving. Just because moving to a new place is stressful and in of itself can trigger a lot of anxiety and sometimes even depression because of loneliness etc. So you might wanna address that first, maybe talk to a therapist, see someone who can at the very least make your moving transition smoother in terms of the effect on your mental health.
