What a Tremendous amount of work you went to for your illustration ! So labor intense , Your the type of teacher that's makes the students want to go to School , Well Done .
Thank you just picked one of these up in great condition. Both of those machine screws to hold the pully assembly are broken, but I was able to get them both out of the head casting. Going to replace tomorrow and make sure everything is seated as I put it back together. Thanks this video series is SUPER helpful for the 100 series!
AMAZING video! Thank you ... This series is a goldmine for the DP enthusiast! If it's OK, I would like to print out the cutaway views for reference when planning work on my 150.
That really depends on what parts you are looking for. For most of the OEM parts, the best place is ebay. Next, you can try the classifieds section of the Garage Journal. Lastly, purchase a donor machine and part out and sell what you dont need.
Thank you, I was in a rush to make the video and forgot to mute the music after the introduction started. Sorry about that. There really is not way for me to go back and fix it without deleting the video and upload a fixed version. I dont like to do that because I loose all the comments and metrics for that video.
Shold use a 1/2" x 45" v-belt; however, any 1/2" belt between 43" and 45" should work just fine. I prefer cogged V-belts like duralast # 17455 available at autozone.

Great videos. Can you give a source for parts for the 100?

Jeff, what light did you use and where did you get it? Thanks
Please see my previous reply on the other video and on Garage Journal
Great vid, can't say I like the music though. Minor nitpicking though.

Great video. I have one of these, I believe the 100. What size belt does it take? I have been unable to run it due to a stretched out belt.
