Mai 45 kg ka tha gym start krne se pahle or ab 69 kg or around 70 kg bt its when i maintain my diet ... If am not doing workout then i don't eat much and my weight loses again from 70 kg to 68 kg i wish thoda khaa ke bhi badh jaye mera weight aisa kuch ho jaye i am 6ft tall.

For healthy carbs you can add fruits as well and keep yourself hydrated too. Our muscles and fats both have water content in it hence if your body is not hydrated enough it can also affect your weight gain process to be slower. Love the information you put out. Keep it up brother. ❤️

Btw peanut butter is also a very good source of protien and harmless fat. I used to be thin since forever and never gained any weight but once i started taking 2 table spoons of peanut butter with milk,i actually gained weight within a month.
