So I’m a nanny and the kid I take care is 2 years old. She recently became obsessed with this movie called Red Shoes and The Seven Dwarves. Throughout the whole movie, I recognized the male main character’s voice but I couldn’t pinpoint where I heard it. Once the credits rolled, I saw that he was voiced by Sam Claflin. Now that I know that information, I can’t listen to this song without imagining the character he voice acted singing this song 😂 (even though he’s singing in an American accent. In the movie, he speaks in his natural British voice)

I just finished the series after talking about it and the book with a class mate yesterday and: Oh. My. God. I absolutly enjoyed that series and within just 10 Episodes, I got invested so deeply with the characters that every little piece of added drama just hit extra hard. Especially the whole thing between Karren and Graham just broke my heart honestly
My favorite part of the series is when Billy and Daisy sing this song in the studio for the first time after they first met. That chemistry they had was just perfect from the start, and to me, that definitely showed in that scene. This is also my favorite song of theirs. I absolutely love this show. 😊

Nailed it. This is The Chain with Silver Springs lyrics and intensity. The guitar is spot on. The only thing missing is the bass solo intro to Lindsey’s solo, but I suppose you could say it happens in the first chorus.

The music there is identical.(The Buckingham / Nicks album is from 1973. It has a black and white picture of the two on it ). I'm lucky enough to have both the vinyl (bought in 1973) and the CD (bought around 2017).
They had to change a couple things in the songs to match the actors' voice range with lyrics, instruments and stuff. If they had kept them the same as in the book, it probably wouldn't sound as good

The problem is that the lyrics in the book aren't exactly lyrics. They're more like poems, and it wouldn't sound as good if they used them.
