Next time you're cutting rope like that. Wrap the area you're going to cut with tape (maybe duct) and cut in the center of the tape this creating something similar to an aglette preventing fraying.
Evil Ted love your work big fan for years I meant cosplay sometimes for my kids and I've always loved your technique for smoothing seams I have stumbled upon this new product called Alex flex flexible spackle from dap I've tried it on a few test pieces and found that not only does it stay flexible after the product has been finished it's extremely sandable unlike the Kwik seal used previously I would love for you to make a video using it and see if it's better than the Kwik seal in my opinion it is being that it's sandable thanks again

Plastidip. is not as strong as creature cast.
