@Luke Caldwell Actually you're the one that's wrong and you don't seem to understand the way the world works. If she's not a cop then she doesn't have authority to even BE in a crime scene once it is designated as a crime scene, it doesn't matter if they didn't tape it off yet because that's EXACTLY WHY that officer was standing in THAT position, to create a human perimeter until they could get the tape up. You're probably one of those people that tries to walk past the sign that says "do not enter" or tries to enter a security checkpoint through the exit and then gets mad when the officer tells you "exit only" and says "Well why wasn't there a sign saying exit only then?!". She is in an official capacity there as a supervisor of the facility. Come on let's all grow up and understand things more deeply. If you were there as a manager of that facility you would be bound by Duty to investigate and stay there and find out what's going on. She was actually on the phone with her boss relaying information to the government that runs that facility. There was no police tape up signifying a scene-of-crime yet. If the policeman had said ma'am please we understand you're a manager of this facility and we understand that you're doing your duty so please be involved with us because this is important for your government agency as well, but would you mind please stepping just slightly over here so we can continue the investigation without possible tampering with evidence, it would have gone very differently. But instead they made her feel like she was not doing her job and that she was just some sort of normal Joe standing around the crime scene. She has more Authority in this location than any other person in that Metro Station. In the first reaction of the policeman is to put hands on her and push her around. Again it's not his station.
