She is under arrest and then gets upset when the officer has to hold her walkie because she has to be cuffed. She continues to not understand that a police issuing commands needs to be obeyed. @Luke Caldwell Actually you're the one that's wrong and you don't seem to understand the way the world works. He has this thing called "authority"; she is not a police officer and has zero authority to disregard a lawful order. If she's not a cop then she doesn't have authority to even BE in a crime scene once it is designated as a crime scene, it doesn't matter if they didn't tape it off yet because that's EXACTLY WHY that officer was standing in THAT position, to create a human perimeter until they could get the tape up.
You're probably one of those people that tries to walk past the sign that says "do not enter" or tries to enter a security checkpoint through the exit and then gets mad when the officer tells you "exit only" and says "Well why wasn't there a sign saying exit only then?!". Because people like you would walk right past that sign if there wasn't an officer posted at the exit.

there is a crazy problem with your argument. You're not taking into account that she was asked there as an official to look into what it happened with the stabbing. She is in an official capacity there as a supervisor of the facility. Come on let's all grow up and understand things more deeply. If you were there as a manager of that facility you would be bound by Duty to investigate and stay there and find out what's going on. She was actually on the phone with her boss relaying information to the government that runs that facility. There was no police tape up signifying a scene-of-crime yet. If the policeman had said ma'am please we understand you're a manager of this facility and we understand that you're doing your duty so please be involved with us because this is important for your government agency as well, but would you mind please stepping just slightly over here so we can continue the investigation without possible tampering with evidence, it would have gone very differently. But instead they made her feel like she was not doing her job and that she was just some sort of normal Joe standing around the crime scene. She has more Authority in this location than any other person in that Metro Station. In the first reaction of the policeman is to put hands on her and push her around. Again it's not his station. He is not the manager in charge of the station. And in America responsibilities given to you by your job as a manager means that you take full responsibility for the store or Metro Station it has been placed in your care as a manager.

Instead they allowed commuters to contaminate the crime scene. She didnt walk where the blood was but because so many of you posting hate dark skinned women that speak up for themselves you want to invalidate her supervisory position. When a crime occurs on transit and person is removed i.e arrested or taken to hospital ,the supervisor has to speak to her supervisor about whether trains should bypass the stop. Transit cops or city cops should have arrived and secured the area but maybe they do things differently in Chicago. And city cops and transit collaborate regarding an arrest. You all want to make this woman incompetent

Also, this news media covering this video just lied. This cop did NOT 'single her out'. She was the only one stepping through that area at the time that he approached her. The video very clearly shows this. Also, he's allowed to put focus on individual people if that's what he feels was needed at the time to get each person out of that area. She clearly felt entitled to be above the law and continue on with her arrogant attitude/behavior, even when told multiple times to step out of the crime scene. She should have been taken to jail.

This is a joke. He didn't single her out. She was the only one walking in between the pillars. She could have addressed her job from outside of the crime scene. She completely ignored commands to get out of the crime scene. She was disrespectful and could have easily been arrested after looking at the body cam footage. This is a joke. She is a joke. I hope she loses her job and her little lawsuit

Here's the raw video footage so that you can look at it yourself. Tell me how this is the police's fault that she, as a CTA supervisor, somehow supercedes the authority of police, detectives, and paramedics to walk through an active crime scene, when all she's supposed to do is conduct the trains around the crime scene, she had no reason to walk through the middle of it. She needs to win in court for the officers threatening to arrest her for the complaint but she also needs to pay a fine for not getting out of the crime scene. At that point, she was obstructing an investigation and they can arrest you for that. Honestly, I dont know why you're gonna call the cops if you're just going to argue with them. But of course, I'm sure we are also not getting the full story, either.

Trying to make these slow ass ppl to do their jobs correctly in the first place is wrong?🤔 The first thing to do at a scene is block of the CS yet ppl were freely moving through the area ( contaminating 🤔🧐said CS). Yet she is wrong for doing her job and pointing out how she was treated on her JOB🤷💆‍♀️. Come on now this is basic info ppl. Stop it. Trying to find any reason to explain the Bs💆‍♀️🤷.
