Listen Elmer Fudd, anyone with an IQ above that of warm butter and life experiences beyond that of a shut-in knows, the honest and well meaning cops are run out of the business to protect the system. The average “career” of a cop is 7 years. That doesn’t occur due to long lists of retirements. Cops don’t get fired so, if I’m making generalizations, where do they go? I’ll be waiting....
@@HellWrex Yeah not ACAB but how many of these videos have you seen where a cop does something clearly stupid, and no one calls him out on it? Or pulls him aside to maybe tell him it's a bad idea? I won't go as far as to say cops as a general rule are bad but the GOOD ones never seem to be around when someone's rights are being violated. It is hard for the average person to not view Police as a whole as the bad thing that the bad ones make them out to be. They have ULTIMATE power in every situation (don't resist, deal with it in court), have the force of the state backing them, the force of a union backing them. So no not ACAB but its also not my job as a civilian with less rights and authority than them to carry their water for them when they do shit like this. It's ALWAYS about what THEY fear, what THEY suspect, what THEY can prove and what THEY think is necessary.

Cooperate is legalese for HELP! Why do cops have the notion that someone under investigation have a legal obligation to help them? What happen to the 5th amendment?
There really _should_ be a law stating that officers _must_ explain and justify the arrest before making it when the confrontation remains non-violent.
_ANYBODY_ would resist being arrested while being uninformed, and that resistance _should_ be allowed by law.
There is _absolutely no reason_ for officers to not explain themselves. None whatsoever. And it should be _illegal_ to stop someone without explaining _why._ It abso-fucking-lutely _should,_ regardless of how it works now. 100%
This tyrannical conduct in law enforcement is not isolated to rogue states but widespread throughout the land. Or it get‘s deleted by „accident“ or other mysterious things happen to it.

Imagine before when they didn't have body cams 🥶😓😤
All cops should have to have them on at all time. I think it was LA that police brutality drastically went down when cops were mandated to wear them.
Body cams are EXCELLENT and should be required for all law enforcement every minute they’re on duty. But you have to remember that video can, in fact, lie. Video can be manipulated very subtly to show a side of a situation that isn’t reality. It’s done ALL the time by police who are required to wear body cameras. See: camera “malfunctions” or not starting a recording until later than they should have. Another great example is when a POS DA will cover for overzealous, above the law police officers by releasing very edited footage of an encounter, leaving incriminating conduct by the police out of what the public is allowed to see. You can cut a video off two seconds early snd it can COMPLETELY change how a rational person would view that video. Unfortunately, the immoral and unethical, subtle shaping of video footage is exclusively perpetrated by those in power. All bodycam footage should be in the control of civilian oversight boards at the end of every Single shift. As of now, those in power have exclusive access to the footage, giving them the opportunity to craft cover ups and their defense to whatever abuse of power they accidentally catch themselves participating in. Let that sink in. The possible perpetrators of crimes are allowed to hold the footage of the incident in question snd and exclusive access to it when the potential victims have to fight in court to get access, and by that time, any Humber of things Could have happened to the footage. It’s insane. The police CAN NOT police the police. The system must undergo massive change. The decks are stacked so high In the favor of those in power with the gun and the badge, those who genuinely believe they are above the law and the rules don’t apply to them and those who have special rights the Rest of us don’t have, that’s it’s a miracle if a single cop ever faces justice like a citizen would if the roles were reversed. Massive change is needed.
I absolutely love the “that car is registered to him”…. The sigh the officer has, fills me with the joy of hearing reindeer on the roof.

it's because of the distinction of ignorance of the law of officers being condonable above their duty. they are legally required to interpret the law to the best of their ability, but if they are wrong, and you agree with them anyway, the consequences follow through. basically, when a lawyer sucks at law, they get fired, but not a cop, and when a citizen sucks at law, they break them, but not a cop, because a cops job is to 'enforce' them and this somehow can instead of coming with perfect understanding of the law, comes with lots of mulligans.

Officer didn't mention anything about the complainant's statements about the car.
I love how the officer never once explained why he is there before demanding the victim to OBEY him and attacking the victim.
Mr Domino played the cop role, giving jackass Lorz plenty opportunity to de-escalate but the clueless idiot just wanted a record breaking arrest without cause…. “All he had to do was say that’s my car and it would have been over in seconds…” Do they not teach common sense in academy?
In the first few minutes the cop literally says we got a call that you were going through cars
@@rhondasherrill8788okay so why can’t he just answer the guy’s questions when he asks why he’s being detained?
@@rhondasherrill8788That’s not a question. If you’re investigating, you ASK QUESTIONS! He immediately went to asking for ID.. like, what good will that do once he obtains the ID. Is it going to tell the officer exactly what the guy was doing?! Absolutely pointless. At the very least ASK the man what the f*ck he’s doing there. Ask him do he have an explanation about why someone is calling saying he’s looking through vehicles.. So many more efficient avenues to take to figure out what’s going on. Instead of “durrr, gIvE mE yOuR ID, duRRr.” WTF will that do?!? JESUS CHRIST, what is it about cops and. ID’s?
@@rhondasherrill8788The job of the police is to investigate. Not assume. Mistakes can be made by both the bystanders and the accused. The inefficiency of generalized training afforded police officers is being highlighted due to mandatory camera footage contradicting their reports. The blue shield is crumbling because too many good police allow bad officers to remain among their ranks.
2 hours of deescalation training per year...
Hundreds of hours of escalation practice per year.
