Love this, my second ‘go to’ for when back issues don’t allow full body. Your guided, compassionate and empowering approach are crucial for those learning & needing autonomy, grounding and down to earth support. For those of us severely chronically exhausted, it offers a multi-faceted option to mind & body care that otherwise may not be accessible. The length and gentle approach make it manageable and most importantly- maintainable! 💜
Thank you for sharing this amazing 10 minute yoga exercise! This is much appreciated since it is very plausible for people our age to do, it is simple yoga using a chair. Yoga has been reported to give benefits to older adults as it enhances one's mood and helps you lessen anxiety. This is great as it positively affects both physical and mental health. You remind us of reviving mind's health and wellness coaches as we both help older adults improve overall health and wellness.
Hi Lorna. Thank you very much for this video. I've been trying a few different short seated yoga videos recently, and tried this one today - it quickly became my favourite! Thank you for making it so positive (the rainbow painting made me smile) but also for not imparting pressure - I liked it when you said "if you like/when you're ready". I also appreciated how you explained things: clearly but without making the explanations too long. Thanks again.
