Do pullups and chin ups until you can get 20 pullups in a row and 25 chin ups in a row then add weight. Also I seen my biggest improvement in reps and In form when I started using chalk instead of hand wraps. TLDR: Use Chalk and Bodyweight until you get past 20 dead hang no swing pullups then start adding weights and building your reps back up to 12-20. I hope this helps I can do 20 pullups and 25 chin ups in a row at 190+ bodyweight completely natural so I figured you might want to hear my take on it.
@@justinpettit8282 thanks for replying, right now im at 8 reps for 6 sets with 1 minute rst in between each one i think i have the volume down just doesnt seem to get easier now that im here. Fyi i dont use chalk or wraps as its never my grip that fails just my back
