That's definitely the fastest someone has accelerated whilst listening to Radio 2.
I dunno man, should've seen me when late for work in a Mazda 2! 🤣🤣
I accelerate even faster to the off button when Steve Wright comes on.

This is why I am a devoted Harry fan. He always steps back from the bling and gives a practical review. I like the phrase; you are a passenger in this car watching the world go by at a frantic pace.
Honda S2000 feels like that when VETEC kicks in - so I bought an Elise with VVC instead.
Top marks to that ramp operator 👍🏻
Harry literally makes every Sunday complete
Literally? So he is the one that helps the sun set and the moon rise? Sorry just this hyperbole use of the word literally bugs me to no end!
@@MyMostBeautifuCinema I see what you did there
@@MyMostBeautifuCinema If it weren’t for Harry, I question whether the sun setting or the moon rising would matter at all. He’s a legend of our time.
Oh yes! Just eating my nice diner that I've been cooking + wine and watching this really wraps up a weekend. THANKS HARRY!!!
E stato vero!
I’m not sure what is more astonishing, that amazing car or the fact that you persuaded your wife to share that bag with you for two nights 😁
I thought that too..
Impossible task for many...!!
Harry was allowed to take a toothbrush but had to turn his underpants inside out and roundabout...
@@harrysgarage Your wife is clearly a game girl....not many would put up with the inconvenience.....she may be a keeper Harry!😉
How can it be that no-one else does what I've done since forever and find to be a total no-brainer: a normal sports bag (one of those narrow and long ones)or anything of suitable size between the passenger's legs! It's not in the way because there is ample space between where you hold your legs, it's not uncomfortable at all. Actually I automatically assume that's where Mrs. Harris put her handbag now. But if there's a space for the handbag between the seats as there often is, then there's a lot of space for the area between the passenger's legs and the more optimal the bag's shape is the more you can optimise that space.
Another space I expected everyone to use in 2-seaters, which space I expected Harry to mention (well, he did later on in another context), is the space behind the seats. Usually there's pretty much space there in actually, especially in the bottom part because usually the rear bulkhead goes pretty much straight down but the seat slants away. In this case obviously at least for Harry behind the driver's seat there was no space. Unless there was still some space at the bottom part due to the reasons I mentioned previously. Even a space about 15cm x 25cm x the width of the seat would increase the amount of baggage a lot in proportion to what they had in that one bag in the frunk!
But for the passenger they might've been able to free up a significant amount of space. The area is so wide and tall that even a narrow bit of room can fit a hell of a lot of luggage!
Glad you enjoyed the Isle,of Man Harry….. Living here with a Cayman and the TT course at your disposal makes for a happy life….
Can imagine! Good on you.
Have you ever spotted a white with blue stripe rally replica Lotus Sunbeam blasting around the IOM roads?
When you watch Harry review a car you literally can see the difference between a real top notch car reviewer and journalist and other car youtubers, tell me of another car reviewer that gets the best offering of Ferrari to test drive and says that he thinks “its flawed” !classic Harry
Harry’s judgment is probably the death knell for this model. Not once but twice did he express his reservations. Ask Chris Harris what it’s like to get on Ferrari’s bad side.
@@johntechwriter Chris harris also knows how is it to get on Porsche’s bad side as well 😀, but Harry mentioned that he has the 296 scheduled for review, so I think he managed somehow to still on the OK side of Ferrari, I believe because Harry is very well established in the car review industry and probably very well connected with the Manufacturers and having a very high credibility in the industry, he might just get away with it, because if you see his review of the SF 90 with the Assito Fiorano he bashed it for being too harsh and Ferrari sent him the regular SF 90 to try, maybe he would change his mind.
@@johntechwriter I think Harry is regarded on a higher level than Chris Harris by the manufacturers. That's no slight on Chris either. Harry is just a legend in the space.
This year I drove through Italy with the Michelin App inspired by some of your road trips Harry. It was the experience of a lifetime 🙋♂️
Most UA-camrs would be in awe of a car like this an eulogize over it.
Harry just tells it how it is: likes, dislikes, job done.
Loved the road trip 👍. Thanks Harry.
That man on the boat that helped you is a true legend
If you have the opportunity to visit the Isle of Man take it, it's a lovely place.

For waving his hand "come forward?" Talk about diminishing standards.
Just some guy doing his job.
Yes and typical of most ferries in my experience 🥇👍🏻👏🏻
if there is one person on this planet that prefers the sound of a Kenwood mixer full EV to this gloriously melodical symphony of internal combustion harmonics, then I'm afraid that we are doomed as a race... Thanks once again Harry, greetings from Greece
It doesn’t sound that good…
Depends what's cooking.
@@jonnowocky8179 exactly. It’s a bit crap, especially when compared to the 812 or 458
The 296 looks so much nicer too. Looking forward to that video.
I appreciate you discussing the touch controls and how bad they are. Affordable cars are going that way too and it's the worst
I drive a lot of different cars for work and usually just don’t bother to adjust anything if touch control esp via horrid iPad stuck in middle of dash. It is too dangerous to attempt while driving. Can’t beat simple analogue controls. Ferrari steering wheel controls are not dangerous as in drivers front view but crazy to use as Harry demonstrated…..😊
touch displays instead of real buttons are bad enough- but then they also completely fuck up the user interface and menu navigation... and the supposed reason for it is that it looks better.. but then it also doesn't look good either... can't wait to have to swipe with my knees to use a blinker..
@@olik136 Not to mention all the finger prints making the touch screen look like trash
@@olik136 wait till Elon gets his mind control workin then we gonna see some shit… ha haaa. The problem I have is people have accidents because they are distracted on phone or infotainment the police keep lowering the speed limit as a solution….. I need speed….
@@duncanfox5194 the police don't actually decide what the speed limit is they only enforce it . The government that's supposed to represent the will of the people , because they were elected to do so , are the ones responsible for the laws . Finally, a road trip. Long awaited.
love these a great deal
What a machine the SF90 is! Absolutely gorgeous and fast like a fighter jet. I can never get enough of looking at it. It's the ultimate hypercar. Great to see it being driven on the TT circuit.
As always - love those road-trip videos!
Thanks Harry for another wonderful video, stunning car but I would love an old school Ferrari any day, manual gearbox and a steering wheels button free!

Yup.....👍
Ferraris used to be all about driving, now they are more about the luxury experience it seems. Just don't adjust your seats!

Excellent video Harry, love the history lesson. Keep up the good work, love your videos. 👍👍
Excellent video Harry, I felt like I was in the car with you on the mountain, holding my breath. Thanks for sharing the access with us.
Thank you for this great video. I lived the majority of my childhood on the island. This has brought back many memories of happy times.
OMG….the performance looks frightening. A brilliant video. Well done again Harry.
I love your long detailed videos!
The sound is pure Ferrari gold.
Wonderful! Thank you so much for enlightening us about the SF90. Thank you for being honest about the car, plainly telling us all its faults, as well as its greatness. Can anyone think of a one thousand-horsepower car that gets great gas mileage! You do a great job, sir. Thank you.
love the triple pearl yellow paint. was lucky enough to see it in person on a F12 TdF
The Ferry you were on was made in Tasmania, Australia by INCAT. For a short period, it was used between Melbourne and Georgetown and was called the Devilcat aka the Spewcat.
I remember doing a crossing on that Ferry over Bass-Straight on a crystal clear calm day at speeds of 80-90kmh.
As for the car, I'd be just as happy with a 458 and saving myself some change.
What do I do with this information?
@@tastypymp1287 more information: that ferry is probably all-aluminium, as the Australians have a lot of experience with the rather fernickety material in their yards.
@@visionist7 then let's stick some wings on it and fly it to Mars.
Just so enjoyable to watch car videos on Harrys Garage.😊
Wow Harry, superb video, just love the Isle of Man, so many memories for me, and the car. Many thanks and take care.
I'm so glad you came over. I recall asking a few months ago if you'd ever been here and it's great to see you now have, and even drove one of the lesser known roads further south that I suggested. Wish I'd have seen you around. I'd have loved to have said hello. Sorry about the weather.
Another great video, lovely views too in the Isle of Man. SF90 sounds pretty nice for a turbocharged V8 👍
Some of the best A pillar views of a Ferrari I have ever seen…..well done H .
Fantastic video Harry, totally honest review of this amazing supercar. With a short travelvlog of enjoying get to and around the fun roads of IOM.

(Any news on your Lotus?)
Thanks for another wonderful vicarious experience, Harry.
Thanks for this video Harry. The Isle of Man is beautiful.
Great review harry, can't help but think that for 400+K everything should be beyond perfect. If I had the means I wouldn't bother. A tidy 458 would be twice the car
To me the sound of this car is rather atrocious. Not worse than an EV, but one of the worst this side of a 2 litre turbocharged 4 cylinder.

I haven't. But even a 812 I recently heard did not sound great to me. I guess that's modern cars...
Agree. The prices of the options is also offensive.
It has always been true that you must be fairly wealthy to own a Ferrari, but the cynicism of the company in finding new ways to take customers’ money seems to know no bounds. Charging extra for parking cameras and a decent stereo on a half-million pound car, FFS…
I don’t mind that it’s expensive, but I mind that it’s so transparently greedy.
I have a Testarossa worth 1/5 of what an SF90 costs. I doubt very much anyone is having more fun than me… 😎
I suppose these cars aren’t bought by people who have to make choices like that. They can probably afford to own ALL their dream cars at once.
I grew up loving Ferraris, and I still do - But its all the old ones, the last car Ferrari built that made me want it was the 550 maranello, I couldn't be doing with all the screens and things - I want a car, not an internet cafe!
Great review, Harry. Thanks. One thing is for sure for me - the 296 GTB is a much nicer looking car.
Would take the 296 anyday over this ugly thing!!!
Perfect Sunday viewing, well done Harry
Thanks again, for a wonderfully informative and entertaining video!!!
Harry, must agree that from a visceral sense the 812 must be a far more rewarding experience.
Excellent real world review, looking forward to the 296 comparison
Enjoyed that. Just ideal content - thank you 🏁
Utterly beautiful, a technical tour de force. And as much use as an ashtray on a motorcycle.
Nailed it.
Can’t wait for the 296 review. It is probably my most anticipated Ferrari since the 458 Italia.
Wonderful video. So great to see the Isle of Man again. Went there on holiday as a kid. It is strange to see a car this expensive and not quite get the ingredients right. Its a shame as it looks beautiful. The people buying these cars don't need to be frugal but you could probably get a really nice 911 and have change left over to give your butler a pay rise.
Okay, saving this for viewing with dinner tonight, thanks Harry and crew :)
Another great vid, thanks Harry,👍☘️
Wonderful video as always sir. I must agree, the 296 will be the better car, it’s the same chassis without the insane power, V6+electric. That would be the more livable car to actually use unless you have an entourage to bring your baggage. That Cappuccino in the TT Building’s showroom you showed while charging the Ferrari, that’s my dream car, one of those with a turbo Hayabusa motor.
I envy your life so much, keep living it up!!!
Placing and alignment of the camera on the window, relative to the dashboard layout = impeccable, as ever ;-)
I'd rather see the horizon horizontal.
@@stephenholland5930 its not your driving licence on the line though is it! 😂
Harry love love love your videos!!!
Lovely video as always Harry. My brother an I did the same trip as your good self back in the summer of 2009. We took our pair of Ford Capri (my '87 2.8 Injection Special, his '84 2.0 "S"). Incidentally we took the very same Catamaran the "Mannanen", we stayed in Balasala, and drove the circuit, making sure to stop off in Ramsey for ice-cream. Looks like you had better luck than us with the ferry but not so much the weather. Our outbound crossing was VERY rough, but after a day of rain on the Monday, the rest of the week was unbroken sunshine until our return.
I just wanted to make the point (again, but it's worth repeating) that the lap records for the Isle of Man TT race are given as average speeds, not top speeds. It's annoying to hear people sneering at the 130-ish mph figure as being unimpressive.
That's the AVERAGE speed of a top-spec bike and rider over the whole 37 mile lap. In a couple of places the 2-wheel nutters will be touching 200 mph.
Harry is a living legend
Much better than being a national treasure; they bury you in a field with a big ❌ to mark the spot. 🤭
Superb clarity on the pictures. Interiors especially. . Very entertaining even by your standards. A real pleasure. Pity the car is an irrelevance for today's world. Straight to a museum I suggest.
Harry I really loved watching you on this adventure to the Isle of Man.
Absolutely fantastic car, just needs testing in its natural environment. Knightsbridge.
Damn, I forgot that's where I should have gone in this car..
Double parked on double yellows?
Looks like a Chinese 'McLaren'. Amazing way to test it though. Really worth visiting the motor museum there if you haven't already - like an automotive Aladin's cave.
It's incredible. I have a pass for my boy and I. We go often and always seem to find something we haven't seen before.
Who doesn't love a Chinese McLaren made in Italy for 2x the price.
Brilliant content Harry keep it coming 🇿🇦
Brings back memories of working on the IoM. Burning out front pads on 205 GTi and changing in the Peugeot dealer’s car park (complete with trolley jack in boot for added weight over back axle!). Great review.. again..!!
Where to start?
I absolutely love the way you allow us ordinary folk to sample these fantastic cars. You can see the concentration on your face and all that you express seems, at least to me, to be authentic and true. I'm always excited when I see another video drop into my notbox from you; either garage or farm. Are you aware of highpeakautos? Another genuine person. Keep on keeping on. 😀
Don't think Matt will have one of these in his garage for a while 😀
Great video, I dont understand how anyone would spend that sort of money on a car like that, so overpriced its nuts
Harry's combination of technical information and excellent video editing provides great reviews in fabulous locations.
Turbo Harry strikes again, splendid motor; thanks for the review.
22:29 Saab used to have automatically heated seats with thermostat control. No need to touch anything, just plant your bottom in the car, and if the temperature requires it, your seat will heat up.
Yea, the worst, system ever! I've never even heard of anything as ridiculous as Saab's automatic seat heaters! What on earth were they thinking!
Many cars nowadays have automatic seat heating, but crucially with pre-configuration and physical buttons for them meaning you can actually choose to turn them off...
I’ve had many Saab’s fitted with these auto heated seats & they rarely work. Far better to have a manual control of them as one 900 had.
@@nickrichardson1317 It was torture!!! They didn't go on when I was freezing, and then would turn on and keep roasting me at incredible heat when I absolutely didn't want it on!! That's absolutely nuts: your car roasting you like crazy with a seat heater!
AT LAST a review of a contemporary car! Long awaited/much missed…🤓🙏🏼
In fairness, Harry would have taken his new Emira to France in the summer, instead of the Project 7, if the Lotus’s delivery hadn’t been delayed.
What a beast. Well done Harry.
Brilliant Video !!!
I think this confirms 2 things. Firstly, that most Ferraris are treated like little princesses and not used that often and secondly, that Honda's achievements with the NSX are all the more amazing. A car with such similar tech that came out so long before the Fezzaroni and some say worked better than the Fezza out of the box is some achievement and it was considered to be the fastest thing point to point. Considering the similarities in powertrains a few words of comparison from his lordship wld have been good.
It's a NSX like half the price? Seems a much better car, might even have a boot. This Ferrari will be forgotten in 12mths, the new NSX is more unique. It would have been a good comparison to make.
Brave taking that through Liverpool! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Love to see a lap when the roads are closed. Could see Harry hammering it down Bray Hill. Thanks Harry great video.

Don't expect Harry to be polite just because your name is Ferrari...

I was taken to the IOM when I was 18 months old(1969) to watch the TT in Dad's Mini Marcos-make shift kids seat in between the 2 seats.I don't remember the trip, for obvious reasons, but a Lamborghini Muira was craned onto the ferry for the trip over at the same time- I was always told it was Jacamo Agostini's car-Anyone know if this is true?
Hi, Love the travel series, different to other channels, well done. Cheers from Australia
Thank you Harry. Great review.
1000 HP seems to be above the limit of human reaction time for 99% of us...We are in F1 and fighter pilot territory regarding sensory inputs and reactions...You looked intimidated Harry and I understand it ! It's not ''fun'' anymore....
Not having any boot space gets old very quickly. I'm not sure how Ferrari managed that one
It is such a pity that this car has hardly any luggage space. You want to use this car for a roadtrip in Europe with your wife/ girlfriend. Then you need at least 250 litres of luggage space. That is the reason why the 911 is so popular among people who like to drive theirs car.
Exactly. I just don't understand what the purpose of this car is. Is it the ultimate track focused Ferrari, or is it the best/fastest road car Ferrari can produce? I just think Ferrari wanted to create a 1000hp road going Ferrari and that was it. It's actually good value compared to other 1000hp rivals but is this actually the car what customers want to buy today? I think not.
Thanks Harry, brilliant video, brilliant car.
YESSSS EPIC VIDEO HAZZA
1/2 a mil....for a non ultimate series Ferrari.
Mad times
Not really. A cool million has more kudos for a special edition especially when SEs from other manufacturers can cost 5 times as much but it doesn't matter cos I'm broke.
What the heck happened to Ferrari and their styling, Jesus Christ. I greatly miss the pininfarina days a'la F355...
It's an aesthetic abortion.
But the folding roof is cool.
All supercars are desiged in the same wind tunnel using the same software 😀
At least the yellow one doesn't have that goofy looking overpriced stripe.
You will face Jesus Christ one day and you won't like it blasphemer.
😂😂😂🏃🏿🙈
I’ve never seen Harry so tentative. But then, driving a thousand-horsepower car up a mountain on a wet road would put a chill up anyone’s spine. That’s the dilemma of a mega-exotic. You feel obligated to use its power, even when you’d rather not.
The Ferrari has such a beautiful sound to it, it’s a shame that I don’t see or hear hardly any living were I do but at that price I’m not surprised, it looks great in that colour 💛fantastic video thanks to Harry 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼.
Great review, video and episode. Not that I'm actually in the market for a car like this, but the SF90 might be my least favorite modern Ferrari. It's truly ugly, ridiculously overpowered to enjoy on the road, overly complex, has terrible cockpit ergonomics, full of irritating nannies. Like Harry says, the 296 is much more appealing. One positive about the SF90: it's weirdly a great value given the performance on offer. Hypercars at twice or three times the price are no faster.
More fun in a Boxster. Great as I can’t afford an sf90
Very interested to see this as that trip is on my list of things to do at some point.
Thanks for a great video Harry, and driven like a real Italian....fast on the straights and slow round the bends, it must be aimed at them. Peace from Roma✌️🇬🇧

Not sure Mrs H is so accommodating
Harry, set your sat nav voice to Irish, much friendlier sounding than those bland officious English voices they use on them! Oh, and every time I see this Ferrari I keep thinking how much it looks like the new shape Corvette than cane out before this. Roma aside what happened to beautiful Ferrari’s?
Good plan, I'll try that. Top tip!

Go On Harry!!!
Hi Harry , love the vlog and the trip with the Ferrari SF 90 , looked great to do . All the Best . Simon from Lamborghini Club UK
Great vid as usual Harry! 👍🏻 Not quite as impressed with the car though: Overpriced, ugly, stupidly over-teched, lacking in feel or driver involvement, impractical and way too fast for UK roads: Where is the fun?😕
You can show it to your friends
You buy this car because of how fast it is, not because of how it feels going fast. Therefore it is the ultimate poser's car. You can brag about how you have 1,000 hp in your car which is not a driver's car. I would much rather have a manual F430 than this car. I think that I would even rather have a manual E92 M3 over this.
Exactly.
the expression on your face at the 25min mark is perfect for explaining the power this thing puts out at full chuff, now only if someone will offer to take me out for a run in 1.
sadly I'll be lucky if i even see 1.
Great video as always! I don't know if anyone else here has said this (not scrolling all through), but if you make it over during TT fortnight, the mountain road, from Ramsey to the Creg-Ny-Baa pub, is made one-way. Technically a one direction dual carriageway (keep left unless overtaking), but in practice, in a fast car (or on a fast bike), you can use the whole road at bends.
But there are, unfortunately, some extra speed limits posted, elsewhere around the area, that fortnight. And the mountain section keeps getting shut every five minutes, due to accidents!
So I suppose it is swings and roundabouts, as they say...
