Based on what I’ve seen from 3D world modders I think the invisible body of water may have been a part of testing and was just hidden rather than deleted, it’s interesting to see what’s just left in but hidden in video games
5:42 it is intended. basically when you try to become huge but theres a block above you that prevents the growing animation from playing, the game thinks theres not enough room to be full sized, so a fail safe stops the animation and stores the item so you can use it elsewhere instead. also, this does not break the game at all since you can get mega mushrooms in mega mushroom shaped toad houses which are very common in the overworld.

That "shaking camera" effect from 3D Land is not a glitch, it's an intentional effect used for when a spike ball bounces off a wall. The reason why the effect is constant in this case is because the spike ball is repeatedly bouncing between the flip-swap and the ledge.
For the NSMB U one, I'm confused. It seems like no glitch is happening at all. The game says "nabbit got away" because he died, and then he was booted from the level just like normal
nsmb DS's mega mushroom is intended. You don't need to do anything glitchytocause it, even in 1-2 there are several places it can happen not to mention that you can get a mega mushroom from the bonus houses that appear when finishing a level with 77, 88, or 99 at the end of your timer. Not a glitch or oversight in the slightest.
in mario kart ds, on the map Airship Fortress, if you knock CPU 4 or CPU 7 off the map at the cracks on the left side, near the end of the course, They will respawn in the normal position, but they will start the lap completely over and will be a lap behind everyone else.

These are all great glitches. I think I should mention a glitch I remember as a kid in SMB3 where you can make the airship in the cloud map fly off screen.
This one happened to me and my friend a month or two ago. I think it's because the smaller version of the map in that split world counts as valid level tiles for the ship to move to. No idea how that didn't get caught in testing, but that's my choice for the worst game-breaking bug left inside a Mario game -- keeping in mind that this came out in SMB3 for the NES, with no save game functionality. You could beat the game up to world 5 and have no choice but to just reset the game after that. Not too many softlocks left in Mario games, that's probably the worst there's ever been.

I mentioned in my part on it about the glitch and the channel owner was frustrated with me (we are all good friends, I just made her job harder). She had to replicate the glitch so it would show up on the video lol.
@@EvilsDeathAzul Haha, that must've been a pain... if it doesn't trigger randomly, it's not exactly easy to make happen. You have to keep playing and failing the airship and hoping it moves there, but with this level there's that two-layer effect where half is on the ground and half is in the sky, so if it moves between the layers you have to beat the entire spiral tower just to get another shot at losing the airship. I can see why she was frustrated, haha :P I looked into your channel description to try and find this video... you work for Tat's? That's crazy, that was like one of the first channels I ever subbed to on UA-cam. there is no "leaving water" in SMB1 the water isn't actually an area of the level, its just a state if control that gets enabled tha changes how fast Mario moves, allows him to jump mid air ('swimming') and changes his animation
You can get mega mushrooms from toad houses, it’s not a glitch and storing it from getting it under blocks had to be specifically coded in to prevent glitches
I found a better one for Bowser's Fury. If you scan a Bowser amiibo at the same time as Fury Bowser goes to sleep, then the world will still go dark, but Fury Bowser won't spawn, and Giga Bells will just push you away.

You missed a crash in Super Mario Bros The Lost Levels. It happens in world 8-1 when you go in the underwater pipe then die, you restart the stage then scroll the screen far enough then do the pipe glitch like in 5-2 when you push down the game will crash.
I now a glitch in super Mario 64 in the start of the game if you go off the island into the water then swim towards the island Mario will just be a leg.😂 But it’s not permanent.😅

i suspect in mario odysee the reason for invisibility is a glitch that confuses the animation of powerup and hits. this can happen in the other mario games where the animation can be confused. kicking the bean may be a damaging event and throwing the hat and kicking the bean may cause a "kill et and send et home effect"
Wall jumping in SMB1 was intended. It did start as a glitch but the devs left it in because it was a neat expert mechanic. As literally everyone pointed out, mega mushroom storage is DEFINITELY intended?? There would be no point to allowing it into the item box if it was not. NSMB Wii, I'm having a hard time seeing any glitch here. Everything you're doing is intended boo mechanics. NSMBU... aren't you normally booted from the stage when you die? You don't "complete" nabbit stages because they're stages you've already completed?? Bouncing off Bowser Jr's head in Fury for refreshes is definitely a mechanic... there's no other reason to classify his head as ground

Excise those from your script and you'll have much tighter writing, especially since it seems like you didn't edit your statements when cutting for space. "Finally" in a list of two? Bowser's Fury game propeller box a feature in the game to used Bowser jr. Unless your talking about before the patch, they forgot to cap how many time you can reset using Bowser jr, or enemies now I do not remember but I think it is cap to a total of 3 time even when using an actuall enemie
In super mario oddysey, you can go through a ertain door in metro with a billion people in it. Then, you jump on one of the peeps under the shade. It'll cause you to get stuck in the animation(s) and you'll continue the sound until the person passes on.
The NSMB one is actually intended I think, it's to prevent that you can use a mega mushroom in areas that are too small for mega Mario to fit into.
