Sorry to say Sir, but the Excel sheet is poorly handled, which can be miss leading for those who take data analysis seriously. Fist and foremost, the data in the Excel sheet should be prepared: all data that is not metric should be coded so that SPSS can use it appropriately. Ordinal and categorical data should be given corresponding metric values in order to be useful for SPSS analysis. Non-responses in Excel should also be coded so you don't have empty values in your SPSS.
