Are the HDHU Soundstream rear output wiring corrected? In other words when I buy the backbone harness from you can I connect the striped wire to the negative side of the speaker?
It’s not the radio, it’s the fact that Harley changes the rear wiring polarity depending on factory systems, if you had factory tourpack speakers polarity will be correct, if you use the factory rear speaker connector and add the backbone harness most likely you will need to wire the rear 6x9 out of phase to be correct

If you are referring to a radio replacement April or later, we do full system upgrades now using the hertz components and bypassing the boom audio amps with our plug in bypass harnesses
Will running a detachable tour pack hurt the amp with no fader when tourpack removed?
No it will not damage the amp

I am looking to upgrade the GT Boombox radio to the GTS Harley radio this winter along with the 6 speaker kit for my 2017 CVO Street Glide this winter. If I get a GTS radio from Harley, would I be able to enable the CVO Splash screen when it turns on with your tool, or would I have to go to Harley to get that and then use your tool to flash all the other components for the Hertz setup? I know its a dumb thing to fret about but I’m all about the little details.

Do you set a high pass frequency and with some sort of slope into radio calibration, initially? I ask because you say no DSP needed.
The high pass filters are set on the amplifier, radio is flashed to correct the eq curve to a full range signal

I have a 2017 Tri glide. I want to remove my GT Radio and replace it with a new GTS radio and order this Hertz kit so that I can do it all at once since I will have the fairing off. My question is this, since it will be a brand new GTS boom radio, will your flash with the rent tool take care of the initial flash of the GTS or will I need to go to harley to flash it since it is new and then flash it with the rent tool? 2nd question, I'm having trouble on your website, when I click more to read more, It brings me to an error page. I also do not see where I can add to cart? Thanks

Also the new radio should come flashed to work already, you will need to flash the radio with a TechnoResearch tool to correct eq curve as we show

I already have the factory bag lids using the boom stage 2 5x7's.
Using the infinity 6x9', will i still need to cut the lids?
You would need the American hardbag 5x7 to 6x9 cvo adapters

Our amps are plug n play so you simply plug in between radio and stock connector

@@keithbell8690 you can flash whatever as long as you don’t disconnect and power down, it is a 1 time use license. Once disconnected you must pay another license
Will that same amp run three pairs (lowers)?
Yes, we did this on Reggie and Tony’s bikes in previous videos, we run up to 8 4ohm speakers off this amp

Correct, unless there are boom amps on the data lines the dealership can no longer flash the correct flash

So if we buy this system we have no ability to fade the audio from back to front. Wife likes to listen to books on her phone while I like the music so I move the music forward…
Correct, if you upgrade amps and speakers using the stock radio and do it correctly you will lose fader, if you use the Soundstream Hdhu14+ you can keep fader
