    I LOVE creamy tasty beans.
    Simple as that! Re-fried, black-eyed, lentils, legumes I love them all.
    I've also been more conscience of WHAT and HOW much fat I use in my cooking, and BOY has it been a rude awakening, but life changing for the best.
    Another reason why I'm going to take the time to provide you with the nutritional facts for every recipe moving forward.
    The only fat I use in this recipe is a little bit of oil to saute the veggies.

    1 Pound Black Beans
    1 Large red pepper
    2 Medium onions
    2 Cloves garlic
    2 Liters water
    2 Bay leafs
    1/2 Teaspoon cumin
    1 Tablespoon Lawry's seasoned salt
    1 Tablespoon chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1.Cook veggies until translucent
    2. Add bay leafs, cumin, chili powder, seasoned salt
    3. Add garlic
    4. Add drained black beans, mix well
    5. Add 2 Liters water
    6. Bring water to a boil, then turn fire to med/low
    7. Cover pot with lid and allow to cook for at least 120 minutes
    8. Once beans are tender and you can smash them along side of the pot, and that's how you make your beans creamy.
