    Great class thank you. One suggestion I would have liked some guidance on what springs, handles & loops at the beginning please but otherwise perfect

    I liked this class and I think it would be helpful to clarify the spring set ups at the beginning of the class to improve flow. Thank you for all the great classes.

    Great routine. How is your tower set up. I see lots of blue springs. Are you using the purple ones? Thank you.

    Amazing class! Loved the flow! As an instructor I’m usually tight on time to get my own workouts in but this one hit all the high points for a quick workout!

      Hi Milcah, that exercise you are referring to is Parakeet. It’s similar to Bridging and Pelvic Curls.
