I genuinely cannot overestimate the level of value these videos bring. I am a self taught designer and these videos have genuinely contributed so much for my career. Like, I am actually in a great job, having fun, saving time and getting so much value for free from this one channel which is pretty mindblowing if you think about it
Wow..As a self taught designer, videos like these are tremandosly important, and thanks to these awesome fellows like these who bring these videos, your'all make it so much quicker and fun to do. it has truly contributed so much for my career. 5:48 change the saturation and/or brightness (what is it exactly?) of a color by clicking into its hex code and then using shift-up-arrow (⇧-↑) or shift-down-arrow (⇧-↓). 1) What exactly is changed? To me it seems: The hue remains as is. Saturation and brightness both change. By what rules I cannot tell. 2) Beware: This is a destructive function. Once you reach a total white or a total black, you cannot get back along your color path to your original hue. Instead you are from then on "locked in" on the gray scale. Is this a bug or a feature? To me it is a bug. In this color transformation function the hue should always be preserved, and you should be able to bounce back and forth between your min and max value forever and always get the same reproduce-able results along the way.
Thanks so much for the tutorials. For me, everything you are teaching, is a treasure. I spent a lot of time surfing youtube for lessons because no one explained the commands you have to use when drawing with the pen. It was a continuous loop. ..I didn't understand, until now, how to combine the keyboard with the pen functionality.
Very cool! I have to admit I was like "meh, he's gonna show us how to draw basic shapes" ...this was surprisingly fun! Coming from year of using Adobe CC this is blowing my mind!!! LOL
You'll find out this and a bunch of other node editing tips in the video coming out soon, but just press Shift + Delete on a node to delete and heal (so it doesn't break the shape!).
Hey Ruslan, that is just the developer tools of the browser. You can typically access developer tools from your browser's menu or a keyboard shortcut, but the methods often vary between browsers.
Does anyone know why when I get into the vector edit mode, there are so many points that pop up? It's almost terrifying because there are so many dots >< can I change that somewhere??
@@rogieking8773 The left side wall to you is constantly flashing .. I call it as " spot exposure hunt " only happens in iphone videos..that's how I knew.. but I'm not sure if you locked the exposure before hitting the record button. Having said that.. great video .😊😊

A fantastic idea of the videos, I’m waiting for the whole series 😌🤩

So so so so so soooooooo much better than Adobe Illustrator's vector drawing tool!!!
Still there is not 'free transform tool' in figma, and you name it 'better than AI drawing tool'?
