I've been using Roberta's Gym videos for the last 2 months. I've watched and tried other videos but my favourites have always been and will be Roberta's. They are easily followed and effective. Also, I'm sick of watching real skinny people pretending to be doing beginner exercises. I rather workout with an animated lady than those skinny girls pretending to understand overweight struggles.
I started doing this 2 weeks ago in the morning and at night I have fibromyalgia for 29 years and cervical spinal stenosis i had a cervical fusion last year on c3 c4 c5 c6 c7 I have 8 screws in neck and hip ostheoarthritis I will be having a hip replacement when my chronic kidney failure stage 3 gets better my kidneys are healing...I have Lumbar spinal stenosis L4 L5 S1 S2 with a bulge in lower back and carpal tonnel in left wrist and a pinched nerve in left arm I am in pain 24 hours a day severe and I must say Roberta I am enjoying this video and I have lost some weight thank you so much thank you I feel its helping every part of my body God Bless you 💛🙏💛🙏💛🙏💛🙏💛🙏💛🙏💛

@@sanazainab9424 yes !! you just need to do this every day without fail. I did the same and avoiding eating any thing FRIED + PROCESSED and other than that my major portion was protein and fibre in my meals. Lastly, Intermittent fasting everyday. You'll easily shared just by following this routine.
I started this workout from today. My current weight is 69kg and my target is 50kg. Day -1:- Completed 💞. Day -2:- Completed 💞. Feeling a little pain all over the body. Day-3:- Completed 💞 . Still hurting but feeling good after finishing . Day-4:- Completed 💞. Pain is almost gone. And feeling better. Day-5:- Completed 💞. A little pain in waist but feeling good. Day-6:- Completed 💞. Pain is totally gone. And feeling great. Day-7:- Completed 💞. Getting easier day by day.. Day-8:-Completed 💞. Good as always.

I finally found something to work with my physical limitations this is awesome its to cold to get out and walk now. With this workout I feel my heartbeat pumping so I know it's working.

I’m not that over-weight but I detest exercising, especially jumpy sweaty style workouts. This I can do. Especially because I motivate myself by thinking it’s not just calories burnt but muscle movement, circulation, etc, fir my sedentary lifestyle. Thank you!

Why do I feel less guilty working out with an animation. Thank you so much Roberta. I've been looking for something that will work with me and my broken foot for a LONG time. No jumping is very important. For now anyway.

Hello, Pushpa Harichandran! Glad you started working out. If you find the routines hard to do I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising! 💪
