My favorite 3 Deli Salads - German Feinkostsalate

Here are the ingredients:
Meat salad (Fleischsalat)
-Some fine sausage like baloney or leftover cold cuts
-150g (5.3oz) Mayonnaise
-A couple of pickles
-Leaves of 1-2 twigs of parsley
-A teaspoon of dried dill tips or 2-3 of fresh dill
-Other herbs you like (chives, Celery leaves etc.)
-Salt and pepper to taste
Budapester Salad
- Once again some fine sausage like baloney or leftover cold cuts
- 100g (3.5oz) Mayonnaise
- 50g (1.8oz) Yogurt (If you like the sauce to be thicker, use Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 Shallot
- 3 Tbsp Peas (canned or blanched)
- 1/4-1/2 depending on size Paprika (bell pepper)
- Parsley to taste
- 1 Apple (doctor repellant)
- A couple of pickles or cornichons
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- Paprika powder, salt and pepper to taste
Curry Egg Salad
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 150g (5.3oz) Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- 1 Tablespoon of curry powder (or your own favorite mix of spices)
- Chives and/or spring onions and/or parsley
- Salt and pepper as usual to taste
