It looks delicious, but why so much cabbage??? Sheesh, I would have been more impressed if it was shredded potato, hash browns, but eh the cabbage turns me off. Looks beautiful though. Kudos. 💯
There is the difference in street food. America vs japan/korea. They eat their veg and we do NOT. That's it. Thanks for showing these. we have lots to learn.

On a griddle or cast iron switch to tallow, it is way more non-stick and good tasting. Love the look of this crazy dish. Nice one
